Cannot get verbal orders correct. Asked for an extra shot of espresso in my iced coffee as well as extra ice and neither were provided. The person who took my order made verbal confirmation on the requests and drink still came out wrong.

Ordering ahead is a gamble at this location. If they're busy, the line quickly spills onto East Ave and you can't get into the lot even just to walk in. This location has been missing the mark lately. Usually pretty consistent in the mornings, but they forgot to put egg on my breakfast sandwich one day. Next time I went the signature drink was filled to about an inch from the top. Tasted good, but it was like they forgot to put the whipped on. That and I sat at the pickup...
