November 12 , 2025 I went early before my shift started. I been coming to this location for years Person who took my order charge my credit card medium black coffee 3 different dates which I did not went those day. On November 13, 2025 same person not sure if he a manager at DD. He just look at me if I had a problem. Because of this situation I will not return, please look at your statement of not being charged more than once.

I come during brunch hours or at the wee hours of night (after 10pm), and I always have a good experience! The workers get my drinks fast in drive, and so far my food orders are always right when dining inside. (Tonight’s review:) I enjoyed the new Sangria drink, got it in black tea version today, the cookie butter latte was quite nice as well. I find the customer service is polite, and my drive-thru interaction was whimsical, which was great because it was so gloomy outside lol.

RAW BACON ON MY SANDWHICH !!!!! ORDERED SAUSAGE AND GOT SAUSAGE AND BACON ! It’s against my religion to eat bacon.. and I was charged for it. Coffee was all ice and the bagel would make a good hockey puck to say the least !!! 12 dollars for the meal deal and a wake up wrap. And I get sick from bacon not only bc I don’t eat it bc of personal choice , but was RAW!

I had the ABSOLUTE WORST experience at this DD location today. I am Sooooo mad still!!! I stopped here on my way to the laundromat to wash my winter comforters and I simply ordered a sausage/ egg/ cheese croissant for myself, and a sausage/ cheese croissant for my hubby and a strawberry Sabrina daydream. I pay 14.98 for my order and go on my way. Low and behold one of the sandwiches has NO SAUSAGE!!! I finish washing my comforters and throw my sandwich back in the bag in my car and said I'll take it back on my way home. I get back to DD and the manager/ owner/ head honcho/ sandwich king or whomever he is takes my return to the level of WW3!!! I said sir, I don't want my money back I would just like the sausage on my sandwich. He accused me of taking the sausage off of the sandwich, eating it and then asking for another sausage!!! REALLY??? I said sir you messed up the order and all you should do is say sorry, my bad and I'll make you another sandwich. It was RIDICULOUS!!! This guy argued with me for at least 5 minutes!!! By this time I didn't even want the sandwich. Needless to say, I COULD BE STARVING, and I would NEVER eat from this location again. They don't deserve ANY of my hard earned money!!! I wish there was an option for NO STAR BECAUSE THEY CERTAINLY WOULDN'T GET ONE! # Language Barrier # No Customer Service Skills #No Common Sense

I didn’t get the man’s name but it seemed like he was alone getting hit by a lot of cars. It’s 11 pm and he handled it like it was 5am and everyone had to go to work. He’s was super kind and fast. He even gave me and my boyfriend a donut which just so happened to be his favorite. I’d definitely recommend this location any time of the day.

Everytime I go here they mess up my order and when u try to call to make the manager aware of they pronlem. No one ever answers the phone. I tried going inside but its always the manager isn't around and the person working can't help me.

Was given a ice coffe clearly burnt tasting like garbage I have had to add my own creamer and sweetener everytime as they dont understand there job completely disgusted with how many time my order has been messed up

Website says they are open 24 hours but I’m here at 10:10 pm and they are clearly closed. You should update your websites so people don’t drive out of their way for nothing. Dunkin is the only place I like to get my coffee from so I’m seriously disappointed that I drove 10 min out of my way only to find it’s closed!
