This used to be my Spot, but Lately I’ve had issues with Employees following simple Instructions, even after Repeating myself in Complete English; This is about the 3rd time I’ve had this happen where I ask for Oat Milk Due to being Lactose and I still end up with regular milk anyway…I’m not sure how to React calmly, through being in pain but I definitely won’t be spending money at this location anymore.

The place closes the door at 7pm, with no signage. Then proceed to ignore you when asking why you can't get into the establishment. This used to be my favorite spot. How times have changed. No signage for who owns the location either.

Normally, I have a good experience here with the morning shift, but I stopped by this afternoon for my daughter and her friend, and it was a completely different story. Dan, who was working, either seemed really high or was purposefully being difficult with his customer service.
First, I asked how he was over the speaker and got no reply. When I placed my order, he was very short with me and acted annoyed. When I went to pick up the order, he held out the drinks as if he wanted me to grab them, but when I reached for them, he just stared at me. I asked if he wanted me to pay first, and he just kept staring like a weirdo. So, I handed him the money and asked if he wasn’t going to give me the drinks unless I paid. He only replied with, “I’m just trying to do my job.” Then he kept staring at me with a strange look, so I asked again if there was a problem.
On top of that, I ordered loaded hashbrowns, and we got regular ones in a squished bag that looked like it was barely half full. If you don’t want to work there, then don’t, but don’t bring the business down with you.

The food was not impressive. I got a hash brown and it was most definitely burnt. The service was disappointing. They forgot to add many things to the drinks. The atmosphere was ok, it was a bunch of people loudly gossiping.
Parking: Kind of annoying to pull into- not many spots
I’d honestly say that place is a no I asked for fresh hashbrowns and they gave me hashbrowns that have been sitting there . And my Carmel craze which I asked for 3 Carmel and almond milk didn’t get either my drink taste disgusting . Their pace is really slow

At the drive thru now bored for more then 5 min no hello no I will be with you not w word for a sould 5 to 7 mins as I type this I am still waiting for someone I come here often and it always seems to take a while. Started this review at 951 am still waiting for someone to greet me no movement in the line not nothing this is craziness I will not be back to this location again. I come to here to be in and out

I stopped by this location after an early morning MRI next door. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich and a water. I was the only person in the drive thru and waited 10 mins, got the sandwich- there was no egg on it and wasn’t given my water. I asked for the water, but didn’t notice no egg until after I left! Probably worst Dunkin experience ever…
