My job used them as a caterer for one of our all-day meetings. They showed up 30 minutes late which was somewhat frustrating since everyone was anticipating lunch at a certain time and it then changed the layout of the rest of the day. Other than that the food was okay overall. We had the healthy trash plates. Sweet potatoes are used as a base and they were grossly undercooked. The chicken was good but the artichokes and roasted red peppers were cold. The sauce options were good and seemed fresh.

I’ve been getting meals from Effortlessly Healthy for a little over a month now. As a picky eater and a busy healthcare worker with crazy hours, it’s hard to make time to meal prep weekly and make meals I actually like. I’ve liked a LOT of the meals through this service! They are always fresh and tasty. There are some that I just won’t try based on my pickiness, but maybe I’ll try them eventually. I like how they change up the meals each week but wish some of my personal favorites were available more often ? The chicken parm is one of my favorites and thankfully offered weekly. Since I work for URMC, I also get a discount which is fantastic. Between these meals and working out I’ve lost 8 pounds in one month.

I’ve been having Effortlessly Healthy meals delivered weekly for 9 months now and it’s a great service. I tried a couple of other meal services in the past and compared to those I love the serving sizes, the fact that it’s fresh, and the amount of vegetables in each serving. There’s also a lot of choices each week and the fact that it’s delivered to my door is awesome! I can be frugal but I think these meals are a great value and it keeps me eating so much healthier and eating out much less. If you’re on the fence, give it a try!

The food is delicious, despite not being covered in gravy, cheese, etc
The delivery is consistent and convenient.
The customer service is responsive, but that doesn’t matter because I’ve never needed it.
I’ve been a customer here for going on 6 months and I’ve never had a single issue. I’m so grateful that a city like Rochester has an amazing service like this.
If it fits in your budget and you’re comparing this service to others, choose this one.
