I had not visited this location in about 10 years. We needed something quick and decided to give it a try. I had white rice, red beans, and juice from their chicken. Nothing stood out for me. I may consider returning to give it one more try.
Parking: The Shirley parking lot with a nail salon and hair salon so it's very tight the area is very small so the cars are crammed in some people are leaving and coming in and it's hard to get in

Used to come out here back in the dsy when I lived in Rochester. On a visit said let me grab some frituras and man what a disappointment. Alcapuria and an empanadilla....way off on taste and freshness. These are island staples...thats like burning the white rice. Definitely not the taste of the islands. Soda was good though.
