Exceptional True Italian Bakery! We were visiting Rochester from Atlanta and stopped into this gem. What a special place. So yummy!

I haven't stopped by Etna's in years and that is because the quality a few years ago was not what it used to be. I spent over $17 on the lemon balls and they were beyond horrible. Not mixed thru very well and you would get a bite of baking soda or powder . Ended up in the garbage. Will never stop again when you can go 5 minutes down the road and get really great cookies that are fresh and yummy. Amazing they are still in business..

I wanted to get me and my husbands anniversary cake the way I wanted it they false advertised everything tried to say the heart cake so called has to be 6 inches but that's not big enough

Got cannolis, tiramisu, rum, cake, and almond cookies wow wow wow all are out of the world. So delicious. Wish we lived closer because we would stop in every day. 🧑‍🍳

Girls that were working there didn't have knowledge of some of the baked goods. I paid almost $12.00 for 6 cookies that tasted old, and dried out. I'll stick to Savoia's or Leo's bakery, at least I know what to expect from them. ( freshness) Do better

Amazing service, excellent pastry.

I purchased a package of cookies from the front table as you walk in the door. I brought them to a gathering of friends. Imagine my embarrassment when they were tasted by my friends. They were dry, crumbly, tasteless. I other words, they were stale. Never again.

Ordered a cake last minute. Great customer sevice and the cake was delicious

Ordered 3/4 dozen of cannolis and they were just as good as I remember.

We got our wedding cake from Etna Italian Pastry Shop. The bottom two tiers were a cannoli cake and the top two were lemon. The cake tasted absolutely delicious, and on top of that the piping was so gorgeous I was blown away. It was better than I ever imagined and I can’t stop looking at the pictures of the beautiful cake and feeling it was such a special part of our day. Thank you Etna’s for being a key part of a beautiful celebration!

A family member purchased a cake on 6/6/2025. The cake was incredibly moist and fresh. The guests that were served the cake had nothing but good things to say about the cake even asked about the bakery. I will definitely use them myself. Unfortunately some people that write reviews can never be pleased.

I had the pleasure of working with Etna for a special occasion cake for a family event. From start to finish, courteous, and attentive service! I would recommend the lemon curd, and raspberry. Delicious!. So nice to receive old time family service. John G. Vogt Chili.

Disappointed, quality is not how it use to be.

Unfortunately, nothing tasted great. The brownie, out of everything, was at least average - but had a freezer-like aftertaste. The employee wasn’t friendly either

Consistently delicious. I have been getting pastry for over 25 years from Etna’s, fresh and delicious every time.
