We dropped in because we had church nearby, we wanted to try the cannoli so we ordered mini ones. They were pretty cheap, and i got the ricotta. It was delicious! I also got pizelles but they were stale, but the anise flavor was good. Would not get again since it kind of seemed commercial and not made in-house, but would return for the cannoli! This bakery is quite expensive, there is no seating inside at all.

So glad I stopped in on a whim to try this place. I was intrigued after reading others' reviews. The quality, variety, and authenticity is like none other. You certainly pay for what you get (monetarily and in calories) but absolutely worth it.We ordered a hodgepodge of treats including italian cookies and an eclair. The chocolate eclair was by far my favorite but everything was so fresh and delicious. Unfortunately, theres not too many places like this around anymore and after you've had their scratch made treats, you'll disgrace yourself for paying the same (if not more) for baked goods at a grocery store that rhymes with begmans. I will definitely be back to try more! Shop local, shop small, and hopefully this will be open for another generation.

Forgot to post this a while ago , but I couldn’t forget !We have used this bakery for multiple family gatherings , holidays and special occasions. The ladies are always so kind and sweet and always willing to go the extra mile and customize almost anything within reason. We love this place and we will continue to use them for upcoming occasions ! I can’t wait for my wedding , I know our guest will love the cake!

Haven't been to Etna's pastry in a while. I know prices are soaring these days, but 24.99 a pound for cookies is outrageous and you only get about 10 to 12 cookies. Small choice selection as well

My husband's surprise 70th Birthday cake was so beautiful and delicious. When ordering the cake was an easy process. The cake was moist and delicious.

Best Italian strictly pastry bakery in Rochester. One of the last old school ones left on the west side.

I walked in this past week and not one staff greeted me. There were 5 staff hanging around. I was the only customer in there. For the prices they charge a "good morning, how can I help you" would have been nice. Won't go back again.

One of the last old school italian pastry shops left in town. Yes, they are a bit pricey but u get what u pay for, plus they do make 99% of their stuff custom to order & it will be delicious!

Butter cookies are fine but very expensive. $21.99 a pound.Savoia bakery is $13.95 a pound. I guess I will take the drive to Savoia's from now on!

Stale cookies. No comparison to the one that use to be on Lyell Ave. My daughter paid 60,00 for a cookie tray for her son's birthday. Stale cookies. Will never go back. I will stick with Wegmans.
