I went in to pick up an order that was placed over the phone. When my cousin called, a man answered and took the order. Her son is admitted at Golisano and very sick so she was afraid to leave him. Hence why it was me picking it up. I arrived and there was a woman with an attitude behind the counter asking me what I ordered and acting like it was a massive inconvenience that I was there. I repeated each item more than once because I have no idea what's what and wanted to make sure it was correct. I dropped the food off to the hospital and when she got everything opened it was ALL wrong. She called the number again and the same man answered the phone. He said he's DOWN THE STREET AND NOT EVEN AT THE PLACE. Why are you taking a FOOD ORDER if you're not at the place that's MAKING THE FOOD!? The entire experience was a nightmare. Never again.Wheelchair accessibility: Very small inside so you may not be able to navigate super easily. Just be aware!

Ordered the brown stew chicken it was delicious. The cabbage they put on the side of it is outstanding! The rice was so flavorful but not overpowering. 10/10 Would absolutely recommend, want to try the Jerk Chicken next!
This place should be called "Everything is Trash" just because they give a lot of food doesn't make it good. J*** chicken should be more like burnt chicken with little to no flavor and for the love of GOD please learn how to cook plantain. If you order from GrubHub forget about it they slop your plate together and you stand a good chance to get under cooked chicken it's just all trash. Someone compared this trash to L J's that is just disrespectful they are in no comparison I advise you don't EVER go to this slop house for food you will be highly disappointed.

(In the interest of full disclosure, my passport is full of Jamaica trips, and my knowledge of the cuisine is robust.) If you're lucky, you'll run into Lanz. A Jamaican native, he's the guy outside the place with the extra-large chicken roaster. The process is his, and the chicken is yummy. Inside you'll find a variety of delicacies, from the Jamaican national dish to oxtail. All of their foods have found their way to my crib, and all their foods are authentic. And the Jerk is simply/spicy tasty. This is basically a 1-2 person operation, so support a RaChaCha small business. Note too that I am not related in any way to any employee.
