This Sunday 03/12/23 we were at Tinseltown and decided to order food to pick up after the movie. We called and the phone rang and rang they picked up and put us on hold, we were on hold forever. So while we were waiting I used my cell and called the same number and the phone rang forever and never picked up. Now we could hear people in the background talking and laughing. All they had to do was say I’m sorry we are short staffed or say anything!! Poor customer service. We hung up and went to Macgregors. Their food was delicious!!

After waiting over 50 minutes for our food while listening to atrocious music and singing, the food received was very hit and miss, the cheeseburger and chicken sandwich looked lovely and tasted wonderful but the wings that took an hour for us to get were barely even mediocre for wings let alone taking an hour to get them cooked and prepared. While it is understandable that karaoke night would have poor singing and ambience because not everyone is gifted and karaoke is for fun, but when a regular performer has the musical talent of a dead cat that creates an atrocious and uncomfortable ambiance while waiting an hour for your food. Not worth the money and time for the food, do not waste your time or money here!

This place is an unknown gem. I went there for the first time and was shocked by the quality and selection of food. The prices are very cheap compared to other places, with huge portions. Get the artichoke French! It’s the best I’ve ever had.

Me and my family went to try out the chicken wings by word-of-mouth Before a movie but never even got a chance to try them because their service is so slow it's pathetic. Then the manager came out to the table rudely to let us know that it's gonna take over 35 minutes for chicken wings because we ordered them well done when in fact it had been well over 45 minutes that we were waiting And then offered us to leave if we wanted to.. I got up so fast because if my money aint good there then im out! Say less! I would not recommend anyone to go here and I and even eat the food yet. Not acceptable! They can keep that mess!

Foods is a little on salty side but damn their burgers and wings are good.
Great food, great atmosphere. This was my first visit. They were significantly cheaper than surrounding bars and the menu was surprising. They give you a choice (if you're picky like myself) and I got chicken wings extra crispy, mild, all drums. The mild didn't have a super buttery taste, they were crispy and delicious. Boyfriend got chicken French, says it's great. Not too much lemon or sherry. Served over a bed of escarole. Looking forward to trying more on their menu, absolutely would recommend.

We went in and were told to have a seat for someone to come over to us. We waited for 10 minutes with no service so we left. We were literally the only people sitting at a table in there and its not even like the bar was overly crowded. Unbelievable.
