Ferrari Pizza Bar, great food, loud atmosphere.Don’t judge too quickly, to each his/her own! The food is usually good here and the whole family can enjoy this local joint. The prices do tend to run a little steep, so it’s not your best budget friendly option for those looking for a frequent stop list for a family of four.To me, there are other local places that are more worth the money when you consider the five basic things most people are personally looking for-- atmosphere, cleanliness, food, service and cost.The atmosphere is great if you want that Bar, TV, Music happening vibe—but for our families ideal social atmosphere—it’s just too much. The restaurant appears clean and well maintained and also offers an outdoor dining option.The service has been friendly and somewhat accommodating (for the most part), but special requests are often costly and not what you would hoped for. For example; my daughter asked if she could be made a simple BLT sandwich and was quickly told and enthusiastic, “yes!” She then received one piece of bacon on stale bread with zero mayo and a ton of oiled lettuce with zero tomatoes—they charges us for a full and expensive sandwich wrap and were unwilling to make adjustments to her sandwich or the bill. As someone who loves to tour and compare local Rochester restaurants, I was not impressed with that standard of service, especially from a place with the capability of meeting such a simple request.This being said, (I will always leave an honest review) their pizza is good and if you stick to their menu--you will leave happy and satisfied.3 out of 5 because of our service experienceNearly 20$ a person if you add drinks to your order

Let me start off by saying Atmosphere is cool. The food on other hand which we had wings, pizza and fries. The wings are the same as making them at home they suck, pizza is decent but the fries suck. Also every time you pick up a To-Go order they say it's always 20 minutes longer after your original pick up time!! Awful service I believe they don't start togo orders until you arrive it's ridiculous and that's even when they are half packed with customers. I would avoid this place!! I absolutely dislike Ferraris now due to this and will never order from them again.

Brought my family in for dinner tonight got seated quickley then the server came and got out order we asked for our salad before our meals. It took 30 minutes and the brought the sales out with the food we had to ask for the check cause the server only came to the table 2 times the whole time we were

The Frankie pizza was the best. Would definitely recommend. Took a little while to be seated but while waiting the ferrari was dope to look at!
Food is great but there is no way of telling how long an order will take before paying online and phones are completely shut off when they’re busy (not on hold or ringing literally completely shut off) . Not easy to cancel the order either when you find out it’ll be like an hour and a half wait for a single pizza for pick up. Can’t cancel online and can’t call to cancel since the phones are off. If I knew beforehand I never would’ve ordered and it wouldn’t have been an issue I understand it gets busy but there needs to be someway to notify before you order approximately how long it’ll take whether that’s by being able to order over the phone or online in an estimate before you complete your order. Had to go to the restaurant in order to cancel the order and waiting and hoping the refund goes through as manager could not be found but they left it for him. It’s too bad because the food is really good when I’ve had it but I don’t think I’ll ever order to go from here again after this as it’s just not worth the headache.Parking: Pretty full around dinner time, have to park 5/6 lanes back but there are spots available.
