I ordered the cauliflower entree. It was not up to Fiamma standard. My husband the 8 point Stella specialty. Cauliflower was not roasted and caramelized, no crunchy toasted breadcrumb either... a very bland, very all white dish with no taste or visual interest. Stella had mushy middle with too much smoked mozzarella. This restaurant was much better the first time we visited. My Makers old fashioned was excellent though!

This Rochester restaurant is exceptional, consistently delivering a superior dining experience with both its cuisine and service. pasta and specially risotto and appetizers are remarkably prepared and generously portioned, reflecting an authentic Italian culinary tradition. Furthermore, their cocktail selection is expertly crafted. We secured our reservation in advance.

Staff was fantastic. Drinks were great. The pear salad and the charcuterie were both so good! Pizzas were super tasty but crust in the center was a little soft, not a deal breaker though. Folded pizza was really good, especially the sausage. Meatloaf was not our favorite but might be for someone else. Mashed potatoes were delicate and tasty. My friends loved the ambiance. We will be back for sure.

We ordered a pizza and the special app and it was great! The bartender was our server and he was on point.

Love the ambiance. The restaurant was quite busy and the noise level in the dining area was quite loud. Very hard to converse with other guests across the table. The food presentation was very good. I ordered the Pollo Siciliano; it was tasty but the chicken cutlet was very hard, dry, and overcooked.

My friend and I had a catch up on a Friday night. The place was pleasantly hopping and friendly. We were seated right away and offered service in a professional manner. The menu is extensive and all looked delicious. We ordered some fall featured cocktails that were yummy. Our entree was served right away and pleased us both. I will return another time to try some other items that I'm sure will be great.

Food we outstanding, prices were great for the amount of food we received. Service was a bit slow but we weren't in a hurry and enjoying ourselves so it didn't matter much. Ambiance was unique and cool! Overall 10/10 highly recommend.

The atmosphere was welcoming with a modern rustic feel. The lighting was at the perfect level to complement the feel of the space. The temperature within the restaurant was a bit too high; it was rather warm-hot downstairs and upstairs. Other customers that entered commented on the toasty temperature as well. I was thinking about ordering a soup, Zucca & Gorgonzola (Butternut Squash Puree, Gorgonzola), but rethought my choice due to the temperature within the restaurant. I ordered Parmigiana (Eggplant & Zucchini, Mozzarella, Parmigiano) instead. It was delicious and I'd certainly get it again. My husband ordered a margarita pizza; he's a pizza addict haha, and we agreed it was one of the best craft pizza's in Rochester. It would bring me back to try the soup and more! The service was excellent and the staff were friendly. The value of the food was reasonable. It is on the pricer side, but not excessively so when compared to other Rochester restaurants of the same quality. The portion sizes of our meals were appropriate, and we left fully satisfied.

We were just in Italy for a couple weeks in September and this was a welcome menu! Great service, Great food & atmosphere. A sure bet for a romantic & fulfilling dinner.

Ordered the mussels last night (Tuesday night). The mussels tasted fishy and foul. They were served in a bowl of spicy Jalapeno marinara so it was hard to detect by smell but the taste was bad. After refusing the dish, the server confirmed that the mussels had arrived 5 days earlier on Thursday. I am writing this as a warning. Bad mussels can cause terrible illness. Mussels at this restaurant tend to arrive Thursday to be eaten by the weekend.

We love Fiamma and have been there numerous times for drinks, dinners, desserts and group events. We always appreciate the diversity of menu items, the excellent and friendly service, and the homemade pastas and desserts. On our most recent visit, we were a party of 8, and we ordered a variety of meat dishes, including the tomahawk steak, a special chicken dish, and the seafood risotto. We were on the second floor, and had an amazing server who was very attentive. The restaurant was not full, but was still kind of loud, and family members seated at opposite ends of the table we were at could not hear each other. We felt the music that was playing seemed like club/dance music and was a little loud for our taste. After the meal, several folks wanted coffee, including two who wanted decaf. We were informed the restaurant does not make decaf coffee. So three people had coffee, but when it arrived it was very light in color and all agreed it did not taste like coffee, and they opted not to drink it. Overall, the experience with the food and service was great, and we will be back again, but because of the music and coffee, I took off a star.

Wonderful dinner! Our waitress, Sabrina, was super! Noise level made it difficult to converse at our table. Also, we shared the house salad at our table. Our pizzas came out before we finished eating salad. Other wait staff brought the pizzas and I had to hold salad plate in my hand in order to finish the salad. Smaller plates would've helped. Delicious pizzas and staff is eager to accommodate special requests.

We went around 8:30 PM and saw the restaurant nearly 80% empty, but were told all tables were reserved so we had to sit at the bar. We dined there for about an hour, and by the time we left, it was even emptier — no large party ever came in, and it’s hard to believe one would at that late hour for dinner. The grilled octopus was tough and salty. The pizza had a big section burnt to carbon, so the strongest taste was the burnt flavor. Scraping that off, the pizza itself was pretty good, but overall the food and experience were a bit disappointing.

Bummed to have crummy service. Not attentive. No bread or additional drinks offered. Came back at the end of our meal to ask how everything tasted. Food has always been great but last night it was a little off. Not ready to write it off yet. Will give one more chance.
