I ordered $90 worth of food and it was all subpar and I’m super sad based on all of the reviews.. I went with high hopes and left with disappointment. I went today on Tuesday and it was empty, nobody waiting for food lol. I ordered the Volcano Roll and Bagel roll since they were rated so popular and the bagel roll was super fishy tasting so we stopped eating it to avoid any issues.. the volcano roll was good but it was REALLY warm and has raw fish so that can cause bacteria growth.. NOT GOOD! The ramen had almost no flavor, it tasted lord like water than anything and the cuts of pork belly were sooo thick that it was huge chunks of fat, please cut them thinner! The steamed buns were so over steamed that I couldn’t get them off the container without them falling completely apart and the soup dumplings we all stuck together in the to go container so they just ripped apart and the soup spilled all over. The Scallion pancake had SO much grease that it was pooling in the Togo container.. it was so badddd!
The only thing we really liked was the teriyaki chicken which is insane since this is listed as Japanese for sushi and ramen… super disappointed. I hope it was just an off day for the restaurant but I don’t think we will ever go back now..

I order 22 rolls for a company party to be delivered via Fantuan and the whole experience was perfection. Placing the order was simple. The sushi was so delicious and fresh! And the order was delivered at the beginning of the time frame window they gave me for delivery. Overall excellent excellent experience ?

An excellent sushi roll (golden bagel roll), fresh, fried, tasty eel mayo sauce - basically one of the best sushi rolls I’ve had in a long time. The udon pork noodle soup and beef rice bowl were fantastic and generous portions. Highly recommend.

Ordered a chicken rice bowl with no sauce and no seasoning for someone who is gluten free. The bowl came covered in soy sauce. We took it back up to the counter and the employee said "sorry" but wouldn't remake the food or refund it.

We always have an excellent meal at Fish Face!! The house fried rice is out of this world and pork belly buns are as well. Such a gem in Irondequoit!!
I was pleasantly surprised by this cute little food court setting! My vegetable ramen was SO good with fresh ingredients. I also love how the broth is kept separate from the noodles & veggies; you empty the little steam basket into the broth when ready! The portions were huge, so I had it for lunch the next day. Usually, noodles are weird and soggy after sitting in broth, but these were perfect! Towards the end of my meal, I was replacing the lid on my ramen when the friendly staff member came over to offer me a to-go bag for my container! I highly recommend visiting.

I love this little spot! The food is amazing , they’re always very friendly. My favorite is their miso soup. It is so savory with a smokiness to it and a nice amount of saltiness. It’s perfect with a side of rice. As a vegetarian their potato sushi roll is my ❤️with a lunch special of two rolls for a great price. You’ll definitely get more bang for your buck then over at Wegmans. Would highly recommend❤️?
