I am sitting here after just receiving my order. I have the privilege of watching the team behind the counter operate. They are all working together and getting the job done. So impressed. We live in a world where customer service lost its value. Covid hit, and we were faced with take it or leave it circumstances. The customer is no longer always right. Now I look for places that get it done right the first time and here is where it’s at! This guy is running the show, if you read this and see him, let him know he is setting a good example for leadership and quality!

Little pricey for a burger and fries, and the floors needed some serious TLC, but good food nonetheless
This place got bad again. It has been pretty good over the years but suffered from bad food in 2021, that got fixed and now it's been really bad again in Jan 2025. My 3 orders have all had something wrong or missing. I'm getting big chunks of white iceberg lettuce with no green at all. The fries are not overflowing the cups like they should. The food just seems worse overall too but it might be because I'm eating it all with a side of disappointment. We're giving up on this place for the rest of 2025. Hopefully they fix their issues by next year.

Well I'm here from Florida. Our five guys there's nothing like what I ate today it was so bad the whole bag was full of grease.it made me sick. Absolutely disgusting I will not recommend it to anyone

The burgers are pretty good, but I hate how overpriced their food is. $11 for a "little" burger without any side is wild. And personally I dont like their fries, so I usually get a burger and a shake.
