Most of the tables were dirty and not clean. Utilized the restroom which was at least clean.

Always good for a homemade burgers and hitand fries. Food comes out on time quickly and hot. Only gripe I have is that that almost every time I go back the prices is always climbing higher and higher from 16.00 bucks a few years back to just under 20.00 bucks for thier smaller sized meal. I try not to get bent out of shape cus I want better food ish meals I willing pay more so its is what is 👍🏻

My favorite burger in Rochester. Always worth a stop. The hot dogs are great too.
Been here a few times and never had any issues. Food is always on point and the staff is great. What really prompted me to write a review today is seeing the great service staff gave to a disable person today. Communication was the main issue and the staff member that assisted this customer was super patient and very accommodating without getting that annoyed tone or expression that a lot of people in customer service will get. He genuinely seemed happy to help.

I placed an online order that said it would be ready in 8-13 minutes. I arrived 15 minutes after placing the order, expecting it to be complete. However, it hadn’t even been started. I then waited an additional 15 minutes for it to be completed. After leaving with my food, I called and asked if this was normal. They explained that they don’t start the fries until I arrive. I explained I did not have any fries on my order. They also stated that they were busy. And I can appreciate that, but your app should not say 8-13 minutes if it’s going to be 30 minutes. I will not be going back to this location.
Guys, listen... (Pun intended)If you made your strawberry milkshakes even a smidge better, every other place that sells milkshakes of any kind would be put out of business. So amazingly GOOD. First of all, the whipped cream looked so delicious that I had no other choice but to get rid of the lid entirely. Had that gone in 3 blissful seconds. Then I tried to suck up the milkshake with the straw and I couldn't get anything to come up. Then suddenly I get a little piece of strawberry shot into my mouth followed by a glorious mouth full of milkshake. Ohhh, Heavenly!! Thank you, Guys!! All five of you!! ?????????????????

It was delicious! The beef in the burger is fried very crispy and fragrant, and there are a variety of different milkshakes, the most special one is Coke Chicken. The Coke machine actually has strawberry, cherry, vanilla...many flavors of Coca-Cola!

Pitiful service. Not friendly. I ordered 30 minutes before I arrived and still had to wait 10 minutes to get my fries. I even indicated on the app that I had arrived. They didn't apologize or try to take ownership of their shortcomings. I tried to give feedback on fiveguys.com and the link doesn't work.
