Horribly slow service that almost caused us to miss our flight despite their knowing that we were in a hurry. Then, once we did try to hurry along, they told us that it wasn’t a big deal. They didn’t get give us the requested condiments for our meals and insulted us when we reminded them that we had asked for them three time. We’ve eaten at every restaurant the ROC airport and this was by far the worst.

I want to express how completely unacceptable my experience was. Our group placed mobile orders and waited 30 minutes only to be told that one of the burgers was frozen and that order had to be canceled. That’s disappointing on its own, but my personal experience was even worse.

I waited at the bar for 10 minutes, attempting to get the server’s attention four different times. I was told “hold on” or “be right there” three separate times, with not a single actual follow-up. This wasn’t even during a busy rush—it was relatively empty. There was no attempt to greet me, help me, or even acknowledge that my order hadn’t arrived at all.

In the end, I had to leave without receiving anything I paid for, and I couldn’t even get someone to process a cancellation or refund because no one would address me at all. I essentially paid for food that never existed—a ghost order.

The service was unprofessional, discourteous, and downright insulting. No customer should be ignored like that, especially at an airport where travelers rely on timely service. I will absolutely never return here when flying out of Rochester. It’s embarrassing that this is the impression my hometown airport diner gives visitors—a complete disgrace.

Relying on a poorly programmed website to order food is not ideal in the slightest, especially when your order somehow gets lost in their system, no communication on that until after the 40-minute timer. After over an hour of waiting my order finally came out and it was wrong, and I was told what I ordered was not what their end said, but you wouldn’t have known that because all you did was take a quick glance from afar at my order number rather than confirming with me. I then waited another half hour for my food, and the food wasn’t even good. Overpriced and incredibly bland, no apologies from the staff, just abysmal. I work in the world of customer service so I am aware that it’s not easy, but this is just not how to handle anything. I didn’t look at google reviews ahead of time as I would rather give a place a fair chance, but after the fact I can see that most people are unhappy with the service here. A shame, really.

Some of the lowest quality, most unappetizing food I've ever tasted, even for cafeteria food, yet very expensive, after waiting an inappropriately long time during a non-peak day. We ordered two items and a soda for dinner on January 3, 2025 while waiting to board a flight. It wasn't crowded at all, as only about half the tables were occupied. After about 30 minutes, I asked about the status of the order. 10 minutes after that, we received our order. The server was polite and apologetic, but the food was disgusting. Neither of us could finish our sandwiches, yet we had paid $45 for the order. In addition, on the ordering app, the restaurant even had the gall to ask for a tip. If you're waiting to board a flight in Rochester, go somewhere else!

Probably one of the better places to eat at the Rochester Airport?
While not a ringing endorsement given the competition , at least it has fast attentive service and diner type food along with drinks as you prepare for a flight ✈️
