It was ok.. the champagne flights were beautifully presented and fun to sip. 3 full glasses were a pleasant surprise. The poutine was very good. it was incredibly loud but that's the vibe. The burgers were a 3 out of 5. Nothing special but good. Great martini.
Our server was fantastic and the food was incredible. Great spot, will definitely be back.
Always have a great experience here - can never go wrong with the wings and burgers and drinks are fun and creative. Servers are knowledgeable and friendly.
I hadn't been here since I moved to Rochester in 2018 but the food, drinks, and service are just as I remembered them. Friendly and attentive staff. We had the Oaxacan Old Fashion and the seasonal Amber Room mezcal cocktail, both of which were good but maybe 3.5/5 stars for me. The burrata appetizer, lamb lollies with Korean marinade, and the mac and cheese with grilled shrimp were all delicious. The star of the meal was, surprisingly, the Dubai chocolate cake. My expectations for chocolate cake are generally low, so I wasn't expecting much. But the slice we had was the perfect combination of sweet and salty, with a crunchy bottom to the cake without being dry. Overall, I would recommend the drive out to Greece, NY to check out Flight West if you're looking for a nice dinner and an amazing whiskey and wine selection.
Great menu and good atmosphere. A bit overpriced for what you get, but overall food quality was really very good, as was drinks. Server seemed pretty disinterested at best, but average. We look forward to going back.
We sat outside which is why I rated a low noise level. Food was amazing with excellent service. Highly recommended.

The food is always amazing and the cocktails and different liquor is excellent! The ambience is great however the place gets sooooo loud because there is nothing in there to absorb noise. This place is right in my neighborhood and I would probably go more often but it's just too loud for me.
Our server Dana is WONDERFUL! She goes above and beyond each and every time we dine here! She knows the drink menu well, especially the bourbons (for the discerning) she is delightful and personable! The food is ALWAYS outstanding, beyond our expectations every time! While Rochester area restaurants seem to be gouging their clientele as of late, Flight West remains steadfast and welcoming, with some of the best wines and bourbons that we feel are reasonably priced and delicious! We will go back again and again, no reason to go anywhere else.

The food was absolutely delicious. My husband and I each had one of the specials for the night and both were large servings and so tasty. My husband enjoyed the HUGE selections of bourbon and whiskey. It was our first time here and will definitely be returning.
We came here for bunch with friends. The service was outstanding and the food was great. The banana bourbon drink and flights of mimosas were also very good. Would recommend going in for brunch. We have done dinner here in the past as well and have always enjoyed the food, drinks, service, and atmosphere.
The vibe is amazing with good food and drinks something to definitely try!

Wonderful selection! Amazing food and spirits! Staff was incredibly friendly and super helpful!
I’ve been to Flight West plenty of times. The ambiance is solid, no complaints there. But this last visit? Easily the worst yet.
I ordered the so-called “Wagyu” filet, and let me tell you, there was nothing premium about it. It was cooked almost medium-well instead of the requested medium-rare, dry as cardboard, and had that old meat taste you’d expect from a sketchy grocery store, not a $70+ steak. Either they’re using the term “Wagyu” very loosely, or someone in the kitchen is asleep at the grill. Had I not been so hungry, I definitely would’ve left way more on the plate.
Service? Meh. Our waitress never asked how the steak was, never checked in, and clearly couldn’t care less. If you’re going to charge over $200 for a meal, the bare minimum is attentive service. Ask how the food is. Pretend to care. Train your staff like you’re running an actual restaurant, not a dive with mood lighting.
The lone highlight was the grilled octopus, expertly charred with a tender bite, layered over sweet corn and blistered peppers, finished with a well-balanced, smoky sauce. A thoughtful dish, but hardly enough to offset the disappointment that followed.
Flight West might look the part, but experiences like this prove it’s style over substance. Do better.
