This is my favorite restaurant. I love that the theme changes weekly. The atmosphere is classy but casual. The cocktails are exceptional.

The food was delicious!!!! My friend got the special burger and said it was the best burger she had ever had. I ordered the butter chicken which was so flavorful and a huge portion. I was happy to have enough to bring to work for lunch the next day. Vlad makes the best espresso martini I've ever had!! Overall a great experience and I would highly recommend Flight West to friends and family.

Small spot that gets busy incredibly quickly and rightfully so. A MASSIVE liquor collection especially for the bourbon fans out there. A lot of options are not on the regular menu so be sure to ask for the allocated list and even still, look behind the bar. There's too many for them to keep up with I'm sure. Menu isn't huge but the food was phenomenal. A non-steakhouse that cooked my steak perfectly is almost impossible to find. Ordered surf and turf and the two lobster tails were definitely very small but the mashed potatoes and veggies were text book. Definitely expensive but so worth it. Every time I come in from Buffalo, I try and stop there. Great job guys!

Flight West is a staple for us and usually it’s amazing. I’m not sure if there is new ownership or management, but the culture seems to be changing. We witnessed the staff, including multiple servers (who actively had tables) bartenders, (possible owner), the chef all behind the bar doing shots. In fact, the chef was frequently visiting a table in the dining room, ripping shots. Every time we saw him he had a shot in his hand. No wonder one of our entrees came out with no sauce on it, and 2 out of the 3 steaks were cooked correctly. We had to flag down the hostess to get our server to bring our check and then proceeded to watch her continue her conversation at the bar first ( not with patrons). When she returned to the table she seemed “off” possibly from being behind the bar doing shots? I get the restaurant business, worked in it for many years and I’m all for a little fun at work, but it’s not a good look with that going on during the dinner hour with dining customers. Again, we normally really enjoy this place and hopefully have a better experience next time.

We absolutely love the food and drinks here! A little pricey, but the quality is fantastic - so we don't mind paying for it! My faves are the crab dip, calamari, and poutine.
On at least as two occasions though, we (as a party of two) have been made to wait for a "two top" table, when there have been other larger tables open, and which remained open for the duration of our visit. You "can only sell the customer in front of you", so it's a little frustrating to be inconvenienced for this reason, when we are actually there asking to be served vs a potential/imaginary party that may or may not appear. I can somewhat understand the reasoning, but feel that it's a risky move for a small business - especially on a slower evening.

Been there 2x and sat at the bar to be completely ignored. The bartender Tara would look up at me and my mom and kept walking past us and would ask anyone but us what they wanted. Ended up leaving out of being uncomfortable.
Delicious food, fantastic service, and a monster drink menu. Hickory smoked Asian wings, braised short rib poutine, and warm crab dip were all 10 out of 10 for us. Server was super friendly and accommodating. Didn't feel rushed or neglected which is right at the sweet spot in my opinion. Great atmosphere.
