Good atmosphere, delicious food and good service. My one complaint was how loud the music was. I got the impression someone working really liked the music so they turned it up, which made it difficult to carry on a conversation with my date. Our waitress even asked someone to turn it down, stating customers were requesting it, but no one turned the volume down. I like music to add to the ambiance of the restaurant, but last night it detracted.

We’ve been here before, and it was very good but we couldn’t really afford to go back. We went for my wife’s birthday and it blew us away. The new owner is really attentive and very friendly. The food is PHENOMENAL and at a great cost (definitely worth it). The espresso martini was the best I ever had, and the head chef Josh Warner is one inventive, caring, and hard working individual. Truly a hidden gem in Greece. Great for small bites, food, or high quality drinks. Can’t wait to go back!

Stopped in to Flight West while visiting Rochester on the recommendation of a friend here in town. It's location was a surprise... but immediately got comfortable once we stepped inside. We were immediately greeted by hostess/mixologist Sadie and sat at the bar. We had some great pours and conversation with Skye and an excellent espresso martini made by Sadie. Poutine app was great and our food was also excellent including a stellar burger and spicy, maple salmon special. Phillip kept our water glasses filled, and was super friendly too. Great service, atmosphere, and bourbon selection. Will definitely be back.

It was ok.. the champagne flights were beautifully presented and fun to sip. 3 full glasses were a pleasant surprise. The poutine was very good. it was incredibly loud but that's the vibe. The burgers were a 3 out of 5. Nothing special but good. Great martini.

I hadn't been here since I moved to Rochester in 2018 but the food, drinks, and service are just as I remembered them. Friendly and attentive staff. We had the Oaxacan Old Fashion and the seasonal Amber Room mezcal cocktail, both of which were good but maybe 3.5/5 stars for me. The burrata appetizer, lamb lollies with Korean marinade, and the mac and cheese with grilled shrimp were all delicious. The star of the meal was, surprisingly, the Dubai chocolate cake. My expectations for chocolate cake are generally low, so I wasn't expecting much. But the slice we had was the perfect combination of sweet and salty, with a crunchy bottom to the cake without being dry. Overall, I would recommend the drive out to Greece, NY to check out Flight West if you're looking for a nice dinner and an amazing whiskey and wine selection.
Great menu and good atmosphere. A bit overpriced for what you get, but overall food quality was really very good, as was drinks. Server seemed pretty disinterested at best, but average. We look forward to going back.

The food is always amazing and the cocktails and different liquor is excellent! The ambience is great however the place gets sooooo loud because there is nothing in there to absorb noise. This place is right in my neighborhood and I would probably go more often but it's just too loud for me.
