Our server Dana is WONDERFUL! She goes above and beyond each and every time we dine here! She knows the drink menu well, especially the bourbons (for the discerning) she is delightful and personable! The food is ALWAYS outstanding, beyond our expectations every time! While Rochester area restaurants seem to be gouging their clientele as of late, Flight West remains steadfast and welcoming, with some of the best wines and bourbons that we feel are reasonably priced and delicious!...

I love this place!!! I have been twice, and it was even better than the first time. Their food is the best in Rochester. The Chef and Sous Chef are amazing. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The best drinks in town as well. Great atmosphere. I will be back again and again.

It's almost perfect! The drink selection is really good and the service is amazing. The food is definitely great, I highly recommend going for dinner or appetizers. I do think it has the potential to be even better though. I want to stress that the food is absolutely amazing and I think everyone should give it a try! But some of the dishes would have been literally perfect with just a hint more sweetness or acidity. For example the fennel pollen pasta dish had these sweet...
