Great deli service. Man behind the counter was stern yet considerate. Will most certainly be back

Great friendly service.

I was so disappointed! I had a chocolate croissant and there were two measly, almost non-existent chocolate strips towards the bottom of the croissant. When I want a chocolate croissant, I want there to be a bit of chocolate in each bite. I just got back from Europe--- they know how to make a chocolate croissant!

I have no idea. I went looking for a bakery and found a sit down restaurant. No clue.

No. Did a staff member approach me during the time I spent in the front of store looking around befuddled? Also no. But nice job blaming the customer. Might've given you another chance if you'd left it at in the back.
Also, sign in front says something about provisions and wine, but doesn't mention bread. 🤔

All I can say is WOW. This place has knocked my socks off and left my tummy feeling good. If you’re in the greater Rochester area, then you need to RUN not walk to this establishment ASAP!!! I can’t recommend enough. AMAZING QUALITY, GREAT PEOPLE!! Really can’t recommend enough!!

Everything is always amazing. Have been ordering the bûche de Noël for years. Truly amazing. Decadent dessert, but not too sweet

There bread was so rich and tasty, my grandma had a heart attack in ths dennys parking lot. The atmosphere is great, they got some real stud muffins behind that counter. If i would describe this place in one word it would be "flourcitybreadcompany".

My mom (mid 60's): "This is the best ham and cheese croissant I've had in my life". And she's a well traveled woman. Guess we'll be back soon! ?

Flour City is my go to spot for all my pastry and bread needs. In particular, I love the pastries. When I’m needing a quick breakfast, a good mushroom danish or a spinach and feta croissant goes a long way. But your classic plain or almond croissant is also so, so good.

The Cruffins with apricot and creamy filling are out of this world and the pizza is like my mother made ?
