I ordered a Reuben sandwich, which was good. However my issues was with the service. It wasn’t very busy and I waited 25 minutes on my lunch break for the food(after ordering), to find out it had been sitting there for 10-15 minutes. I was just forgotten about even though I was sitting in plain view of everyone. The women who gave me my food did say “oops, sorry” but that was the extent. I know she just forgot about me because the other gentleman asked her “hey has this guy been taken care of…” I couldn’t hear her reply but she was more focused on stamping the bags for the rather than giving me my already finished order. Just kinda crummy, I was hoping for a bit better of an experience

Had never been here, great brunch experience. Bagel sandwiches were top notch. One could easily overlook this place as it is located in non descript 1990's brutalustic strip mall. Can't wait to go back for lunch sometime.

Good food, good service, tight spaces, especially by front counter/ check out. Could definitely use a bathroom upgrade.

Fox's deli came highly recommend, and I drove from Webster just to try the matzo ball soup and the Reuben sandwich. The soup was so awful that I should have sent it back. The matzo ball was dark in color, hard as a rock, and sank to the bottom of the bowl. The broth was tasteless, and even adding salt and horseradish didn't help. I still can't get rid of the taste out of my memory. The Reuben sandwich was full of pastrami, but the dressing also lacked flavor which was extremely disappointing. The side of cole slaw was good but also bland. Neither the server nor the upfront manager asked me how I liked my meal. That's alright, now they will have my honest response. Needless to say, I will not be returning any time soon! This is Richard from Webster.
Bread needed to be toasted for the sandwich
