Fox's deli came highly recommend, and I drove from Webster just to try the matzo ball soup and the Reuben sandwich. The soup was so awful that I should have sent it back. The matzo ball was dark in color, hard as a rock, and sank to the bottom of the bowl. The broth was tasteless, and even adding salt and horseradish didn't help. I still can't get rid of the taste out of my memory. The Reuben sandwich was full of pastrami, but the dressing also lacked flavor which was extremely disappointing. The side of cole slaw was good but also bland. Neither the server nor the upfront manager asked me how I liked my meal. That's alright, now they will have my honest response. Needless to say, I will not be returning any time soon! This is Richard from Webster.
Bread needed to be toasted for the sandwich

After having been a regular customer at the famous 4th Street deli in Philly I came here hoping to get a nice bowl of chicken rice soup. I ordered one and the girl brought me chicken noodle soup. She promptly came back with the right one and I tasted it and it was not even warm and there was like two spoonfuls of rice in there. I immediately told the girl thank you but no thank you this isn't even hot. So much for getting authentic Jewish soup in Rochester NY...

My mom took me here earlier. Apparently she used to take me here when I was little. Anyway the food was fantastic and inexpensive. Our server Kenny was one of the most polite servers I’ve ever met. The posters all over the wall here are really fun and clever. This is a great little place to grab lunch!

I'm not certain how a deli can serve a very dry Reuben, but they did.
The highlight of our visit was our server. A fake voice, a fake attitude. It was as if she was reading from a script, but she was a very, very bad actress. Sometimes when she spoke to us, she was already turned and leaving the table before finishing her sentence. So she memorized the script and said all the right words all in a sing-songy voice. It would have been slightly insulting that we were clearly thought so little of, but it became entertaining as our visit went on.

I was excited to try knishes, but I was disappointed to find a long grey hair inside one after cutting it in half. This raised concerns about the hygiene and quality, and unfortunately, I won’t be returning after this experience.

The potato salad was amazing ! I was not a fan of the French fries.
I've been to lots of Jewish delis. This one is far below par. The Matzo ball soup was not "normal". The broth tasted like brown vegetable broth . The matzo ball did not taste right...and it looked like the color of buckwheat. The small deli salad display looked tired and old with a crust over the potato salad. Fox's. ..you can do much better!
