Legitimately, one of the greatest ice cream cones I've eaten in my life. I wish I had a picture of it. It was HUGE. AND DELICIOUS.It's in a really weird location and you might not see it at first. It's like the only place open in the entire strip but that ice cream was amazing.

Ever since it sold the service kinda sucks. I enjoyed sitting inside. Now it's an order window. Plus the hours are not consistent. Went the other day and they are closed for thr season. I'd done going there.

Bad customer service. I purchased a brownie sundae and the soft serve ice cream had a gritty texture, the brownies were extremley hard and overall inedible. Dissatisfied I asked to exchange for another flavor was told no. I had maybe 3 bites by the way. Then asked for a refund and was also told no because I purchased on a credit card, had paid in cash then I would have been refunded. I was also told the manager is the only one who processed returns and was gone for the night. I literally threw it in the trash at the window. Very disappointing.

My review is strictly on the prices on the cup selections for the Italian ice. Maybe it’s because I’m from the Philly area, but the Italian ice here is double the price of what I’ve been so use to. And in bowls instead of the clear cups I seen that what I’m use to seeing them in. Wasn’t allowed to have the cup either.

I started going to this place last year and found out the owner is a descendant of the famous Al's Stand!! My mom use to take me there when I was little for lemon ice. Frank has the BEST Italian Ice in Rochester. It's so soft and creamy close to an ice cream texture. The list of different flavors is long, I've tried the lemon, mango, pineapple, strawberry and peach. They use real fruit because I love when I find small pieces of it in my container. Every flavor I tried was so good, bursting with fruit flavor. You can mix flavors when you buy a container of it. My favorite comb is mango, pineapple and lemon ice.. make sure you check them out! No other Italian ice compares to Frank's!

I stopped here to stock up my supply for fall and winter. I know Mid winter I am going to crave their ice. So I went on their website and sent an email to their business with my order. The owner called me immediately to confirm my order and said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I ordered two half gallons so they are super speedy. When I stopped to get the ice both the owner and I believe the son were in the store. Again super friendly and advised me that in the winter they do orders even if the store front isn't open as long as you call them ahead of time.
