Ordered lunch for my shop was told a 20 min want that turned into a 40 min wait and they where out of a lot of menu items I got the Dagwood specialty sandwich and it was nothing like the description it was lacking the cheese, mayonnaise, mustard and dressing that where in the description And the bread was frozen, very dry sandwich with no flavor

Owner is EXTREMELY unprofessional. There was an issue with an order and the owner handled it very immature and confrontationally SHOWED UP to the customers place of employment in order to intimidate and "discuss" the "attitude" she gave. Would not recommend. Awful.

Expressed MY feelings to another customer that ASKED what was taking so long only to be told by owner/staff that I wasn't welcome there anymore. Fine by me! This was not my first visit. I love the food here. This time I ordered their weekly special, the Clint Eastwood. It was cooked well with a slight toasting to the roll. The waffle fries were excellent: crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. The roll was light and airy, unlike some sub shops where the roll is so dense it is all you taste. Staff was very friendly. And they have a punch card so you can get a free sandwich after purchasing ten. I will be using that card for sure. I'll be back.
