I ordered the miso ramen, and asked for it "vegan" style. I substituted rice noodles and added tofu as well. The server was very nice but I guess didn't know what vegan style meant, as there was a hard boiled egg in my ramen. And it wasn't at the top like garnish as I've seen it before, it was under the tofu, so I didn't see it until I started eating. The tofu was plain. Just sliced up and added to the ramen. It must have been straight from the cooler because the center was a little cold. They just just assume the broth will warm it up. Besides those things, the broth itself was good. If I come back, I will be more explicit about asking for no egg. On a note unrelated to the food; I sat outside and those were the most uncomfortable chairs I have ever sat in. It was impossible to get comfortable. It's actually sort of impressive how uncomfortable they were haha
Love this place. Staff is so nice, the food is fantastic. Don’t hide from the spice everything is so flavorful and warm and welcoming.

The food was alright. The ramen was the best thing I ordered. The curry plate and soba plate was disappointing. Felt very westernized compared to the real thing.

The ramen here is fine. There’s additional charges for any extra toppings or extra noodles or to even make it spicy. I had the pork bone broth ramen and unfortunately while the broth was delicious, the actual pork was chewy and fatty. This isn’t sliced pork belly, more like pork pieces you’d find in a Chinese take out dish. I also had the tempura fried green beans and I have to say, those were super tasty.
When my table was sat, we were told it would be awhile for him to get to us and we got to watch 2 other tables come in after, get their menus and water, while we sat with nothing. At some point one of us got up and grabbed the menus ourselves, meanwhile I was online looking at the menu and subtly looking for another place to go because we were being ignored. It’s a weekend so I get it but… there’s a mandatory 20% gratuity. Meaning, it was already added to my check without my knowledge prior. You have to really pay attention to your receipt so you don’t accidentally give a 40% tip because your second receipt will ask you for “additional gratuity.”
I’m usually all for a standard 20% tip, but I don’t really enjoy not being given a choice. Perhaps they have that in place so they can do things like seat a table and ignore them for 20 minutes to sit other people. For sub par ramen and service that doesn’t care about you because they know they’ll get their 20% anyway, I’m not sure it’s worth it.

The ramen was lackluster, the soy egg was not too familiar with the soy, no sriracha or chili crisp on the table, theres an additional charge for flavor.
Table was very wobbly, tv was playing food network channel, featuring seasoned, flavorful dishes and it was a cold splash of reality.
Dietary restrictions: If you cannot handle flavor or like paying for hot sauce.

Enjoyed the Raman and hibachi. Appreciate the fact that they give hot sauce separately with the ramen if requested.

My family and I love this place, the vegetarian lamen is perfect! My wife and son got a normal lamen and they love as well! I really recommend this place! The staffs are always friendly!

Not good ramen at all. Was not tasty at all -- tasted like the kind of thing I'd call "acceptable" if it turned out like this at home but would be ashamed to serve to a guest.
If ramen can't get the broth right, then it's not worth even eating. This is one of the rare times I didn't box up food to take it home because it was that unappetizing. Unfortunate...

Staff was so kind and attentive!! Really appreciated the service. The vibe of the spot is really cute and cozy, great for a snowy afternoon. The beef yakitori was delicious! But the ramen and shrimp shumai were a little meh. I wish the ramen had better veggies, the semi steamed cabbage wasn’t the best texture. The pork was tender and tasty but I wanted a bit more umami or spice. The seasoned egg felt lacking. The pork broth itself was pretty good, but bc everything else was lacking it dragged it behind I think. Overall I’d still eat here again but likely select a different soup.

If it's grubhub or takeout they are not the best at putting everything you order in the bag even though they charged for it
