I got a cake delivered for my best friend’s birthday with custom changes and they were very accommodating and efficient, sent 1 email to explain the design with a picture reference and got the exact cake I wanted. very reasonable prices for the quality, got delivered early too and it is so beautiful. 10/10 recommend

I received my cake with the box stapled together and a small opening. I was not able to fully inspect the cake in the moment of receiving it. On the way home I noticed something didn’t look right and I made my boyfriend pull over. The cake is completely lopsided and there’s frosting coming off the side in chunks. I carefully held the box up until this point and we were driving under the speed limit to be careful. It’s absolutely insane to charge $45 for a mess of a cake

They went absolutely above and beyond to decorate my birthday cake. I was floored by how gorgeous it was! And on top of the beauty, it was so delicious! Thank you so much!

Ordering process did not provide feedback on naked/scrapped cake order and was counter-productive. Cake design failed because store did not tell me that my choice of color of frosting would not work with frosting process.

I’ve shopped at Get Caked for years. Recently I purchased a cake from them for my daughter’s birthday. I was given instructions to lay my cake flat, which I did. As soon as I got home the I saw that the cake had toppled over. I called the store and they asked me to bring the cake in, i couldn’t as I was at another event and they were closing. I was also told that I would not get a refund for my cake. I am not a baker, I asked for help as to how to fix the cake. None was given. I was told to email the manager which I did. No response. I’m very disappointed and feel they provided a faulty product and refused to engage with me properly on how to fix the problem or provide a refund.

Their carrot cake roll is heavenly! Though you can't go wrong with anything they bake!

Out got our wedding cake and other pastries from Get Caked! I am so super happy with the final products! would recommend 10/10!! responsive, and our cake was EXACTLY how we wanted it! Kelly is easy to work with and she listens!

Kelly was amazing to work with, she helped with my bridal shower in May with cookies, and gluten free funfetti cake that tasted amazing! My husband and I loved it so much we decided to use them again for our dessert on our wedding day 6.22.25. The wedding cake was beautiful and it tasted amazing as well (almond flavored cake with raspberry filling). We also had mini cup cakes, cream puffs, mini brownies with frosting all gluten free, and regular mini eclairs, and mini cannoli's. Everything was so delicious. We will keep Get Caked for future events and would definitely recommend them for any of your events!!

My husband and I have been using Get Caked for years! He is dairy free and it is the one bakery he can count of time and time again to make the best cupcakes without all of the milk! We recently used get caked for my bridal shower and our wedding and I have never received more compliments on a dessert before! People LOVED everything!!! We will continue to get Get Caked for all of our celebrations!!

The vegan and GF options! The wonderful flavors! SO many different baked goods. And truly kind staff and owners!
