I’ve shopped at Get Caked for years. Recently I purchased a cake from them for my daughter’s birthday. I was given instructions to lay my cake flat, which I did. As soon as I got home the I saw that the cake had toppled over. I called the store and they asked me to bring the cake in, i couldn’t as I was at another event and they were closing. I was also told that I would not get a refund for my cake. I am not a baker, I asked for help as to how to fix the cake. None was given. I was told to email the manager which I did. No response. I’m very disappointed and feel they provided a faulty product and refused to engage with me properly on how to fix the problem or provide a refund.

Their carrot cake roll is heavenly! Though you can't go wrong with anything they bake!

The absolute best customer service you could ask for! Kellie was amazing to work with, so kind and responsive. I wouldn't order my cakes from anywhere else!

Out got our wedding cake and other pastries from Get Caked! I am so super happy with the final products! would recommend 10/10!! responsive, and our cake was EXACTLY how we wanted it! Kelly is easy to work with and she listens!

Kelly was amazing to work with, she helped with my bridal shower in May with cookies, and gluten free funfetti cake that tasted amazing! My husband and I loved it so much we decided to use them again for our dessert on our wedding day 6.22.25. The wedding cake was beautiful and it tasted amazing as well (almond flavored cake with raspberry filling). We also had mini cup cakes, cream puffs, mini brownies with frosting all gluten free, and regular mini eclairs, and mini cannoli's. Everything was so delicious. We will keep Get Caked for future events and would definitely recommend them for any of your events!!

My husband and I have been using Get Caked for years! He is dairy free and it is the one bakery he can count of time and time again to make the best cupcakes without all of the milk! We recently used get caked for my bridal shower and our wedding and I have never received more compliments on a dessert before! People LOVED everything!!! We will continue to get Get Caked for all of our celebrations!!

The vegan and GF options! The wonderful flavors! SO many different baked goods. And truly kind staff and owners!

The vegan banana loaf is very tasty. I like that the most. I always get two each time I make it to the village gate. I enjoy those the most. Very affordable and hefty. I like those a lot.

Ordered 3 dozen cupcakes for a Bluey 2nd birthday (for the bluey lovers, it was called 'This episode of Bluey is called Peighton turns twoey' they were so delicious 😋 cookies and cream with chocolate ganache filling, funfetti with raspberry filling and frosting, then marble with peanut butter ganache filling and chocolate frosting 🤤 it was easy to order through email and the owner was great to work with! Will be ordering from Get Caked again 😃

Very happy with the custom cake that I ordered! They did exactly what I asked for, and it turned out prettier than I imagined! The funfetti and almond cake was also very tasty, a tad bit dry but still very good.

I have been a reoccurring customer for the past few years. The first custom cake we got was absolutely amazing. It was gluten and dairy free but still so delicious and moist. But the more we order custom cakes from them, the worse the quality has gotten. The last cake we ordered was so incredibly dry and dense; and it had barely any filling in it. There were chunks of unmixed ingredients like flour and food coloring.

I also couldn’t help but notice that they increased their prices from $55 to $90. For such a large jump in price, I would expect the quality to be good and consistent. I unfortunately don’t think we will be ordering custom cakes again and it’s a shame because we usually ordered a few per year to support their business.

I had a really good experience with this bakery! The entire process, from inquiry to pickup, was smooth and hassle-free. They were professional, responsive, and true to their word, which I really appreciated, especially after dealing with poor communication from another bakery.

The order was for a custom cake and it turned out lovely. The customization worked well, and the design matched closely with the picture I had sent them. The cake was delicious too, moist and sweet. Even though we moved the cake around quite a bit, it held its shape perfectly throughout the event.

Pickup was on time and easy as well, and I barely had to follow up. They handled everything with care and reliability. I’d happily order from them again!

We have ordered our son’s birthday cakes from here two years in a row now. Excellent customer service and quality. They turned out amazing both times! Pickup at the drive up out back was super quick and convenient. Grateful for vegan options as well. Thank you guys!
