have tried this location twice. both times half hour first time and 20 minutes 2nd for silverware. first time was dried out old turkey and hard to eat veggies and cold. second time a month or so , again no one could get us silver. cashier told us to get it from server. which only came back once. finally cousin just grabbed a package from the to go pile of silverwareonly good thing was friend got help with ice creamSyracuse location, totally different experience.

This place has gone down, and I'm sadden by this because my family and I often take the drive just to go there. I get the inflation part of things paid about 100 for 4 people. But, what I can't get by is the long hair in cottage cheese, and the roast beef was very grisly. The table's in the area they attempted to keep all patrons at were dirty, sticky. It was overall just disappointing.

Cups were dirty should have left then, but really wanted to go to a good buffet the last time I was at this one it was great, today nope booths were broken, dirty floors, very limited selection of food for a buffet, steaks were hard, dried out and small, rolls tasted like plastic worst experience will never go back and don't recommend anyone else too

Going there on Easter Sunday, the price was doubled. With one senior adult and another adult, I was charged for 3 adults, not two. For 4 people, my bill was $118. For 5 people. The Easter spirit, perhaps. And, on Easter Sunday, they ran out of ham. My waitress from Nigeria did not speak English, but I did manage two get 2 cups of coffee out of her during the duration of our meal. And that much was a struggle. The (ostensibly) Russian waitress couldn't be bothered, because it wasn't her table. The plate rack was empty, and we had to go find out own silverware. I would not say the place was clean. And the male cashier was surly, and apparently deaf. I've been waiting for 2 days for the general manager to contact me to refund the extra meal I bought. Apparently, he's in Vegas.

Maybe I just wanted to relive my childhood, competing with my sibling to see who could eat more cotton candy, but I recently went back to Golden Corral. This place has fallen so hard. Service from staff was the only good thing. I ate some fish that got me sick the next day. Tried to end things with cheesecake for dessert and ended up finding aluminum foil bits in it? I definitely will not be returning.

We had Maria as our waitress and she was VERY nice and friendly, food was ok but VERY pricey for 2 adults and a 4yr old. Seriously how much is a 4yr old going to eat ?? we sat next to an older couple and the lady was rude and making faces and comments, to the point I had to ask her if there was a problem. We will never come here again, nor recommend it, But Maria you definitely need a raise ❤

This is by far the worst dining experience i have ever had in my 16 years on this earth. I will never be coming back. The music couldent drown out the noise of my bank account crying. I came here because i was told they had pizza and it said it on the sign but i saw no pizza here. The only good thing about this experience is maria and the free refills. Maria was a very nice waiter and that was about the only good thing they had here. Terrible restaurant would not recommend unless you wanna be disappointed and want your gf to dump you.
