Good guys pizza is amongst the best pizza I've had in the Chili area. That being said I live a 5 minute walk away, and the worst thing I've ever had happen is they forgot my pepperoni on my pizza so they made a new one for free and gave me both. I see people talking bad about delivery from this place pretty consistently but I've never had a bad experience here when picking food up. So maybe that's just the thing to do.

I purchased a medium pizza and an order of wings. The pizza was among the worst I’ve ever had. Barely any toppings and smaller than a Red Baron frozen pizza! There was more crust than toppings. I asked for extra crispy wings and they weren’t crispy at all!!! I spent $40 after tip for something I could have bought at Wegmans for $5.99 for a better pizza and $15 for wings I could make edible. Overall it was the worst pizza I’ve ever had!! I could have gotten more food at a quarter of the price at Stevie Ty’s hots. And it would have been hot and as ordered!!! This place is highway robbery! Even Columbinis gives you a large pizza with pepperoni for $23. So disappointing!!!

We ordered a cheese and pepperoni pizza and 1 dozen wings. This was our first time at Good Guys in Chili. It was ok. Definitely not great, we probably will not go back. The pizza had barely any cheese and you were lucky to get 2 pepperonis per slice. The wings were soggy but the wing sauce tasted good. It was edible but that was about it.

We order from Good Guys almost every week, and I must say that on the average most weeks our pizza is delicious and our wings too however, sometimes the regular wings with the bone are undercooked or the packaging that it comes in leaks all over. We usually have our pizza and wings delivered and I must say that the delivery people are prompt, kind courteous and efficient. We never have a complaint. Another thing that I like about Good Guys is that they will take my credit card over the phone. They are usually able to pull up what we usually order and have that on hand.
Love this pizza so much! Crust is thin, unique taste. Good cheese. Just yum! My favorite in Rochester

Took over 1 1/2 hrs to deliver a large pizza and a regular sub ...My wife added a $4.00 tip the bill for a total of $45.15 she was told over the ph and payed by her creditcard, when It came there was a hand written $4 in the tip space in which came to a total of $49.15 ... my pizza was cold & her hot sub was just warm.This will be the last time I ever order from them again.
