When we arrived the hostess noted that I had requested a high top table but asked if I would prefer a regular table instead. I appreciated that inquiry because the location of the regular table by the windows definitely made it a better option. Everything about our experience was excellent -- cocktails, food, service and ambience. I would definitely recommend Grappa.

This was our first time visiting Grappa, and we loved it! The service was excellent. The food was wonderful, and drinks were great. Our server, Mark, was outstanding. We will be back!

Food was incredible. Service was good for the most part. There was maybe 1, 2 servers tops, and the place didn't get overly busy but busy enough that they were having a hard time keeping up. But our server was really really nice so we didn't mind much. Place is very unappetizing to the eyes, basically 0 atmosphere. Bland. And with a decent crowd it's loud as all get out. Hard to talk with my wife across the table after a while. But honestly despite that the food was absolutely amazing, and we'll be back for that alone.

The service was lousy. Cocktails weren't served until we were in middle of the appetizers and even then, the server forgot my husband's beer. Appetizers came out extremely fast but we're barely warm. Obviously, not made fresh for our order but just sitting in the kitchen. Pasta dishes were good but pizza not worth the calories. Will not return.

Excellent drinks. Definitely get the zuppa with mussels. So good! Amazing burger and their Brussels sprouts are a must-have. I almost ordered a 2nd side to take home. The Nutella Budino was taken home and thoroughly enjoyed. Will 100% go back.

The Utica riggies were amazing! Hands down best I've had and loved the homemade rigatoni with the spicy vodka blush sauce. Pizza was fantastic and so were the truffle garlic mashed potatoes. The bartender special cocktails were very good. The pesto pasta was a little dry and bland, the muscles were just all around horrible. Overall we had a great experience and would just order the things we loved again and pass on the muscles...

Entire staff was friendly and attentive. Food was phenomenal. Best gluten free bread I have EVER had!!! Would recommend to anyone.

OMG WOW ! This place was delicious. Here for a work trip and had to expectations and just wow!! The bread they give with the olive oil dish was amazing!! Never had that before and it was so flavourful! Fresh homemade was so good!!

Ryan made our date night extra fun! Service at restaurants is hit or miss, and Ryan reminded us of what great service should be. All of the food we ordered was delicious (more inspired vegan recipes would be a bonus). The bartender and service assistant were pleasant and accommodating. I did not catch their names but we dined late Wednesday night. Overall the restaurant has a clean modern feeling. It felt odd to have the sound on for the basketball game, but you could hear the music in the restroom and the playlist was decent.

Came here for the first time to celebrate my birthday. Service was great, everyone was pleasant. Food arrived quickly. Ordered the rigatoni alla utica and brussel sprouts, which were both fantastic! Great place to end the night.
