One of our favorite places ! We go at least 5-6 twins per year. Make this a regular stop for you !
From the hostess to our server, the experience was great. We had a great meal in a cozy atmosphere. Food was outstanding with just the right portions. The food was fresh and the flavors were vibrant. We can't wait to visit when the weather is nicer!
Food was delicious per usual. Busy as expected for Valentine's Day but service was great as always.
Arincini was amazingggg and all the food came very quickly despite seeming pretty busy. The only thing I didn't love was how close we were to other tables—I felt like we could hear everything the other couples were saying.
Everything was pretty good. Service was excellent, food was good and the ambience was good. The only thing I didn't care for was the spaghetti I got with my veal parm. It was a bit harder than I like and somewhat cold.
Wonderful food, quick turnaround and great service. Matthew, our waiter, was excellent. From his jokes to his anecdotes, he was a rockstar. As for the food itself, it's no question one of the best date nights my fiancée and I have ever had. Although it's not a super cheap meal, it's well worth the price and is honestly a lot cheaper than other high-end dining options.
The staff is super lovely and the food is terrific. The decorating and overall atmosphere of Grappa felt very minimalistic and almost sterile in my opinion. Which isn't personally for me but it's definitely a place to check out if you prefer a quieter evening
Food was delicious. It was served timely and was hot. Portion sizes were just right. Service was friendly and attentive.
This was our first time at Grappa. It was open for Christmas Eve, so we gave it a try. We were early for our reservation, but they seated us right away. The ambiance is lovely! There's a large cocktail, mocktail, wine and whiskey menu. Since this was our first time, I'm not sure if their menu was limited for the holiday, but my husband, daughter and I found something for each of us. My daughter really wanted filet mignon or a steak, but the best she could find was a short-rib entree. She said it was good and was well-prepared, but I don't think it really satisfied her hankering for a cut of steak. My husband had the chicken parm. He said it was a little over done, but overall he'd give it an 8/10. I had the Rigatoni Alla Norma. I usually eat only plant-based, but that can be difficult to find. This dish had cheese, which was already mixed in. I was able to remove some of the ricotta, but ate the rest. It was delicious!
Food is very average and kind of overpriced for the portion sizes. The calamari rings were extremely small and over cooked. I didn't like that it was mixed with a variety of peppers, more peppers than calamari. For dinner I ordered the salmon which was good and flavorful, it was paired with farro (which was plain) and broccolini. I received a complimentary cheesecake for my birthday which was very good, the best part of the entire dinner.

The waitress barely checked up on us and passed by multiple times, we clearly looked like we were done and when I tried to ask for the bill from someone else they just told me to wait? I waited 10 min after that.
The sauce was very bland. We left it, it was that tasteless. The pizza was average too. Pasta was more than al dente, it was borderline hard. Very disappointing for my family. Only thing i enjoyed was the chicken from the chicken parmigiana. The sauce on it was also tasteless. I wouldn't go back.
For a restaurant in a Hilton Garden Inn this exceeded my expectations. The pasta with chicken Unica was some of the best pasta I've had with a vodka sauce. It was a perfect level of spice. The Parmesan chicken wings were great & the short rib burger excellent.
The interior of this restaurant is absolutely beautiful — elegant design, warm lighting, and a lovely atmosphere that makes a great first impression. The food was also delicious; every dish we tried was flavorful and clearly prepared with care. Unfortunately, the experience was completely overshadowed by the terrible service. It was, without exaggeration, the worst service we've ever received. Our server was inattentive and dismissive, and even after we politely brought our concerns to both the host and another waiter, nothing was done to address the situation. We're very generous tippers and understand that possible staff shortage can happen, but the lack of effort or acknowledgment was extremely disappointing. Sadly, despite the great food and ambiance, the service made it impossible for us to enjoy the evening — and we left without leaving a tip.
It was cold in there, the meatballs appetizer was cold, my Blantons drink was delicious, we had to really track down the server at times, and for the price of everything, it was a very poor value. I wouldn't go back again, and I was very excited about trying it out.
