We appreciate the effort, but we felt the prices were somewhat inflated for the quality of the cuisine. The main challenge we faced as a family was the absence of a children's menu. It made ordering quite difficult, as it's hard to justify paying an adult price (over $10) for a full meal that a 5-year-old with a small appetite simply cannot finish. With a few adjustments, particularly the addition of a more affordable and appropriately portioned kids' option, this spot could be much more appealing to families.

The past two times I've been the food was terrible. Patty melt wasn't even big enough to cover the bread and medium was ordered but came out rare. The next time I got the chicken salad club. Broadcast soggy because the put so much mayonnaise drenched chicken salad in the sandwich. I couldn't even taste the bacon through all the chicken salad. Even the side of veggie sticks tasted old. I could bend the carrots they were so soft. Thumbs down for me. I will state that was at Greece location.

The food was fantastic, the restaurant was clean. We really appreciated that it's not overly packed in here. Jessica was a great server and never stopped organizing, cleaning, and keeping things stocked - while still keeping up with all her tables. There's also plenty of parking here.

If you are looking for a diner that has great food, kind employees, a clean atmosphere and quick service, Great American Diner is the place! It’s like having breakfast with family! The coffee (and the mugs) are better than any diner in Rochester and the pancakes can feed an army!!! Stop in sooner than later….see you there!!!

I travel a lot and try many different breakfast places ( my guilty pleasure ). As someone who is gluten free i am so shocked and amazed at how well they have made my food. Eggs perfect, Hashbrowns perfect.. WAFFLE oh my goodness it was amazing. Im so thankful for my experience here today. I had the sweetest waitress she was a smaller blonde woman i forgot her name. God bless her, 10/10 reccomend

I ordered a Turkey Club that was supposed to come with bacon and dill pickle chips — two of the main reasons I chose it. It arrived with no bacon and a bag of generic chips instead of the advertised pickle chips. For $20, this is unacceptable.
Even worse, the turkey itself was thick-cut, wet, slimy, and disturbingly pink — not what I’d expect from a supposedly fresh deli sandwich. It was honestly unappetizing and felt like it had been sitting in a fridge too long.
If you’re charging premium prices, the product should reflect that. This was not even close. Missing ingredients, poor quality meat, and zero attention to detail. I won’t be ordering from here again.
