The food is definitely Delicious, however, the customer service is extinct at this place. When I went to pick up my order at the window a kid greeted me by asking for my phone number. Once my order was ready the kid opened the window, shoved a box thru. and before I finished saying thank you, the kid slammed the window close. On top of the bad service, I did not get any sauces with my order. I couldn't believe it. My first time going to a Chinese restaurant without getting one packet of soy or duck sauce. ?

Food was pretty good but the girl who took my order told me that the other wonton soup was just a little spicy but she was wrong it has shrimp and vegetables in it and that's not what I wanted but I didn't call back because I figured it would be a dead end discussion!

If I tell you 1 more time, to call me and do NOT knock when you arrive and you don't, the driver gets $0 tip and you will NOT put a gas charge on my next order for no tip. Twice now I've said it, and both times you didn't, and both times you woke my elderly mother up from knocking on the door. The food is normally great. Ordered tonight and it tasted totally spoiled and by the time I found out, you were already closed. Normally, the food is great. Not tonight.

The restaurant has become worse in my opinion. They charge same for no meat as if you were having meat...veggie dishes cost the same as meat dishes... and their prices have gone up and you get less for more money. Tonight my dish was dry over cooked noodles, flavor missing...they dont seem to care about the people they serve.

Growing up this was our go to Chinese place had no clue why we stopped going but now I know why. I asked on the phone if terriaki was on a stick and the lady said no and it came on a stick. I repeated my self on the phone 5 times to a girl with a nasty attitude I hate to complain but the food was highly overpriced and the food wasn’t good.i asked for soy sauce too and they charged me extra.
