Customer service sucks they never put my sauce in the bag after asked for sauce and asked again was it in there he said yes. get to work no soy sauce and they didn't care to do anything for the inconvenience.

Still havent let you in to grab food since covid. Food doesnt taste great. Very stingy on sauces lucky if you get any and if you ask for it they give you hard time. Just not good food.

I’ve only had the sesame chicken but the best ever. The staff is always friendly and service is fast. Definitely recommend.

After a few recent takeout orders, I can say with certainty that Great Win has demonstrated that they have cut back on ingredients in every dish I have ordered .
This includes , soups, ie, hot & sour, house special, fried rice, mei fun, letc. ingredients are SPARCE at best. Very disappointing! I have mentioned this to the employees , however I believe it’s convenient to pull the language card. When…Don’t plan to order from there again. Three strikes and you’re OUT!

Until they come off the Monroe County health violation list I will not be going back to the restaurant. Always enjoyed the food but until they clean up their violations I will not eat there again. You can check the violations by going to the website for it. Been listed on it the past 4times
Sorry but it’s the truth. Called them out on it and I got hung up on I called back spoke to the manager and told him what was listed he pretended not to know anything about it.

TERRIBLE!!!!!

This is the worst Chinese food. I have ever tasted. Save your money and their prices are too high as well. They don't even give you a egg roll for a lot special. Every single Chinese restaurant gives you at least an egg roll or a soda for a lunch special, but not these people.
They are just out to get your money and you will not get good food.

Picked up food last night, for whatever reason it was completely tasteless. The fried rice had no taste and shockingly the sesame chicken had no flavor at all.

Last time I will come here again.. I'm so shocked how I would recommend this place to people. It definitely changed over the years. Food wasn't that tasty and the vegetables rice was a no. The mushrooms and corn looked mushy. Now.. you have to ask for sauce, but the prices went up.. for this food.. again no! Please look at reviews and just take a risk at this point..
