i waited 2 hours for 2 steak subs & some wings & instead of redoing my order Jela the girl on the phone told me if i dont like it dont pay for it , excuse me ? thats not the attitude you should have when running a business , i've ordered here multiple times before and never had an issue but today seemed to be a big one , never again .

My first time trying this place & ima be completely honest I ordered the fish sandwich with fries & my sandwich had way to much tartar sauce literally coming out of the sides & everywhere it was made sloppy & thereās a tiny piece of fish in there the whole thing was just mainly bread & sauce & the fries tasted like they were frozen fries like ik not everywhere is fresh but at least when I eat frozen fries they donāt actually taste frozen I canāt say the same for this place š¬

We ordered 20 wings from here tonight and only received 10. When we called they said we only ordered 10, which was untrue. They refused to fix the mistake or offer any compensation for the inconvenience. They completely refused to take accountability for their mistake and then proceeded to disrespect my wife over the phone. Will never order here again.

We had ordered some wings. They delivered them. We sitting eating our wings like 20-30 mins later we get a call from manger saying they have us the wrong order. They coming to pick up the wings claiming the gave us 20 extra wings???. Do u know they really came and got the wings claiming they going to trash them.. BULLAHIT. This is disgraceful disgusting ?. I would never eat from them again. This tells me that they regive food to ppl. Thatās cross-contamination. You ppl are nasty. Ya should have took the lost. I will be calling health department on you guys

DO NOT EAT from Gregorioās pizza, the food might be a take back from a previous customer!OVER THE WEEKEND MY NIECES ORDERED FOODā¼ļøā¼ļøThe kids ordered 20 wings, they mistakenly delivered 40 and 20 mins later pulled up demanding the extra wings back after the kids went through and ate what they wantedā¦ theyāre claiming they came back to get it to throw in the trash but to that extent Iām sure itās a lie. It was possibly served to another customer last Sat night!Manager claim she does not care, we did not pay for itā¦ so thatās her reason for sending her driver back to get them so she can throw it in the garbageāThe wings were given back but at that point as a business I wouldnāt have pursued some food that was possibly touched onā¦..NO FOOD BUSINESS IS GONNA PULL UP TO YOU HOUSE SAY WE GAVE U TOO MUCH FOOD AND DEMAND U GIVE IT BACK IF THEY DONT PLAN ON PASSING IT OFF TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER UNKNOWINGLYā¦.
