Cute little place with a nice rotation of beers. They strive to have a constant rotation, and some of the beers you can have in a half pint at half the price of a pint. Most bars charge a few dollars more for smaller beers (basically a half pint is more expensive per ounce over a pint at other places). A lot of these beers are tough to find in Rochester, so if you find something you like there you may want to go back sooner than later cause they will probably have a new great beer within a couple of weeks. Also, staff here are always and and attentive.

Great place, great people! Schiano's Pizza serves as their kitchen. Great food, right across the street, and the will bring it to the pub. For vegan options the Red Fern is across the street, great vegan food even if you're a carnivore! I have nothing but great things to say about the Half Pint. If you're a Liverpool FC supporter you can catch all the games there. It's the LFC supporters pub! YNWA....

Very cute little bar that looks like it has like two seats from the outside but has a huge vibe and awesome service! Alix took care of us with Genny Lights, Guinness and Irish Car Bombs!

I find the bouncer a bit disrespectful. There’s a nice way to say they don’t accept my form of ID to be in the bar. I have yet to even try the food, simply because I can’t get past the door. Every night I was denied, I had no plans to drink.I just moved back, and I have tried different variations of ID. Digital and physical variations of a drivers license are dismissed before consideration. It’s the only place in town that won’t let me in. I went as far as bringing a physical copy of a photo ID and a birth certificate, which wasn’t any better than digital versions of all the various forms of ID we all have. You’re a bar, not a nuclear power plant, oui?Their lights and outside decorations are the best on Park Ave.I encourage ownership to add a community bulletin board to allow members of the community to share what’s important to them inside a well known place to eat & drink. To put Half Pint simply, it’s a community staple that really shines in the warm months when they decorate the street with tables, chairs, and happy people.Let me in!!!!

An adorable neighborhood English Pub on the corner of Oxford Street (seems fitting). Great draft beer selection, including Guinness, what more do you need?

Great little bar with a welcoming English vibe. Doesn't seem like the place to go crazy on a night out, but definitely perfect for some quality conversation and a beer.

Charming local place where I have come to feel at home as a visitor, whether traveling alone or with my spouse. I usually have one cider on tap and a shot of bourbon - they have a nice selection for a place far from Kentucky.

The beer selection is absolutely perfect and rotates enough to keep interest. The service is completely on par with what you'd expect of some sort of elitism. If you're not a friend before you walk in the staff seems very unwelcoming. I still tip 30-50% because I've been in the industry for 20 years around the country but I gotta say, this is on par with what you'd expect from sort of upper class bar if you're coming in not looking like a college athlete or part of a golf club or some shit. I accidentally asked for a half pint of a beer that I didn't realize wasn't served as a half pint and apologized. I've been scowled at and seemed to have bothered every single bartender asking for a drink. I don't speak above anyone else, people order ahead of me, I'm in no rush. If the outdoor seating wasn't perfect I wouldn't ever come here. Here's the thing, I'll keep coming here and being treated like scum of the earth. I don't know if it's because how I look, maybe people typically tip more than 50%?, maybe I'm just not cool enough. Other than the staff being miserable, which I am really sorry for because that would suck to work in that mood, the clientele is great, beer is good, and again, seating outside is just perfect. But, staff is very unwelcoming to newcomers who might carry an other-than-normal aesthetic. I don't know. Come on in and enjoy it though. This is literally the only reason I got yelp though. It really bothered me the 4 times I've been here with a different bartender each time praying it was just one or two miserable... people.

Great place for a pint of beer or cider. You can also order food served to you there from Schiano's Pizza across the street. Good vibes from customers and chilling on front patio BUT you will have to every limp d!ck D-bag from the hood drive by reving, speeding, doing wheelies on bikes or ATVs or some other illegal look-at-me nonsense... could use a cop at that intersection fr.

I didn’t love it because we wanted to have a nice dinner bye it’s mostly a pub. If you want to get a drink and maybe sit outside I would recommend it.
