Ok so me and my fiance have been so frustrated trying to find a good Chinese food place since the place we usually go to has changed and sucks now and we found this place online and I have to say their food is amazing!! We have tried so many different places lately and this one is definitely the best. We will be coming back here for sure!
I wanna warn those who live in Gates and go to Hunan restaurant the food especially their sesame chicken is like eating rubber Beebies it’s changed. It might not have changed hands, but the food has changed. I can’t even chew these little babies. It’s horrible. I called the restaurant and all they could say is oh ummm, oh!! They never offered my money back or to make something different, the quality is horrible ! I’ve never seen Sesame chicken look like this. They’re so small and they taste like rubber.

March 10th, 2024. Today I ordered General tso chicken. It was just horrible. It was chewy. Mostly breaded with no meat. It seemed to be old food. Was not fresh at all. This is the second time on a Sunday that I've ordered from them and the food was horrible. A waste of money. Never again.

Incredibly disappointed in the manager’s handling of a canceled order due to a medical emergency. To tell someone who canceled one order, due to literally having a stroke and being wheeled away in an ambulance as the delivery arrived, that they can no longer order there because their delivery driver refuses is bad business. Sounds like you need to find a new delivery driver with a bit more compassion, or a new manager who your employees actually listen to?♀️
