What type of business closes when They say there open all because they’re on lunch break I understand if it was a 1 hour or 30 min break but it was for 3 hours from 4pm-7pm very unprofessional At least put it in your google hours before you waste someone time coming down there.

The guy serving up the ice cream was nice, had a good disposition and work ethic. I didn't try the ice cream, as it was for someone else. It looked delicious though.

Soft ice cream was delicious but it was very expensive would go again but with a coupon ?

The staff member was super friendly and their ice cream is delicious and much more reasonable than Abbotts. Some of their ice cream is handmade in-house, and what isn't homemade is Perry's. So, you're getting good stuff. I had a Reese's Pieces sundae that was THE BOMB! And when I asked if they had pup cups, he gave me one each for my dogs, free. I'm absolutely going back.

First they had no ice cream cakes but even worse was the person working behind the counter. She was absolutely no help. She turned her back on me and I had to keep asking her for information. The “icing on the cake” was when I bought 5 individual sundaes, She rang it up and started to walk away. I had to ask for a bag & she put one on the counter and walked away. I had to put my purchases in the bag myself. The whole experience made me fell like I was imposing on her. Mind you there were no other customers in the store.

The ice cream is good but it's nasty in there tables are dirty the floor and the counters are nasty not to mention have you looked at the dusty ceiling fans with Cobbs webs.
