This place used to be awesome, with everything you could possibly need to cook Indian food, and lots of frozen Indian food as well. I went in hoping to get some spices and some frozen Naan. They have completely removed all except one small freezer -- no frozen Naan to be had. I think the place is turning Ethiopian because there were lots of bags of teff flour for sale.
Went in search of Naan and was not disappointed. Bought 3 GIANT homemade pieces - also, and perhaps more importantly - picked up 12.99 Saffron which is a steal.Selection is good if you are looking for specific things for your next curry. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable!
I wanted to give a 5....loved, loved, loved the fresh naan and chicken dishes, soup and rice. Raving about the flavor...worth a try at zero risk. Chicken meat was big chunks, all good white meat, no bad pieces. Service was good, not unfriendly but not inspiring either.....atmosphere was lacking and upkeep was behind the times. But we came for the meal and I cant wait to go back!
