This location has closed. Was very good, but unfortunately it closed its doors.

I have to say that despite the owners staff not showing up to bake he accommodated my request for my husbands favorite cookies for his birthday! He was so kind and I appreciate him going above and beyond

Jacksons for years was amazing. The BEST. It appears to now be closed. No answer on phone, FB and instagram pages for the business also removed. A reputable business owner would have put out a notice on social media, or something on the building door physically- rather than leave loyal customers in the dark. Regardless, this establishment has closed.

We have been customers of Jackson's Bakery for my entire life. We ordered 5 dozen white mountain rolls & 1 cherry & 1 cheese kuchen - all items were terrible. The rolls seemed old, dry and dense with no taste and the 2 kuchen dough was so tough and tasteless. Ordering was an issue so we should have known not to order as there has been a big change. Will not be ordering again.

I too have loved Jackson’s for decades. A year ago, we ordered my favorite chocolate cake and it was not the same. HOWEVER, I knew all the changes and hardships that they have been going thru and ordered a birthday cake again this March and it was beautifully decorated and tasted so delicious- exactly like the cake I have come to love and expect at Jackson’s! Please continue to support them!

Love Jackson's! A Rochester staple, like the kodak building. Never changed their recipes alway the same favorites.

Jackson Bakery use to be the place to go! I grew up going there and have always brought my oldest daughter to get “smiley” cookies. Today I was charged over 2$ a piece (regular cost of the smiley cookies) for a “crescent moon” cookie and they are about 1/4 of a cookie. Very disappointing. I gave them several chances again and this is definitely the last. Things have really changed there from the looks of the items to the customer service.

Definitely NOT the bakery it used to be! Hardly any products available. Frogs looked disgusting and tasted bad. Thinner outer frosting and pink tasted like food coloring. Not friendly when I walked in and acted like I was bothering her to ring up my order. It has been going downhill for awhile now. But at this point, I wouldn't recommend anything from there.

Came into town to help family who recently moved to the area and this was a great find!
Almond and cherry pastries were awesome!!!

Have been coming here since I was a child and have never been disappointed! Grew up going in with my parents for the smiley face cookies and cakes for special occasions. Am now a mother myself and still go in for smiley face cookies and cakes for every birthday!

We don't live nearby any more, but when we visit we make a point of getting Jackson's kuchan..a sweet breakfast pastry that our whole family loves. We don't bother looking for them anywhere else..have to have Jackson's!

I have been going to Jackson’s Bakery my entire life. Picked up a birthday cake today. The person who does the roses did not show up to work so no roses. However, the worst part is that the cake tasted terrible! There was barely any frosting and it tasted like a lemon cake (we ordered a white cake). The shelves were bare and customers were walking out (this was early morning). Sadly, we won’t be back. My guess is they will be closing for good in the near future.

Made the most beautiful wedding cake for us at a fraction of the normal cost. We couldn’t be happier with the service too. They truly went above and beyond to make our ideas come alive. A hometown treasure bakery here in Greece NY. Highly recommended *

I will NEVER set foot in Jackson’s Bakery ever again. I tried all day Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and all morning on Friday and to no avail the phone was either busy or you got a message. Says to come in or order over the phone. Well I went late morning today Friday and no more orders for Xmas Eve and I just found out there are new owners. BYE BYE JACKONS BAKERY!!!! If I could give a big FAT 0 I would.
