Delicious cookies, friendly and helpful staff, flexible with pick up and easy to make changes to orders. They also offer cookie decorating classes which I haven’t personally done but I’ve heard are super fun! Staff are kind both in person at the store and over the phone and are quick to respond to emails/phone calls. 😊👍🏼

Gotta give it up to Jenns Cookie Creation. Delicious cookies every time. Their gluten free options are great. The macarons are great. They make just about any design possible that you request. I first ordered from them for my sons bday party and it was hit. Went back to for more cookies to share with staff for appreciation. Later on placed a bigger order for another staff appreciation event. I still get the same consistent customer service. Helpful and patient employees, just walking into their shop and smelling the cookies is irresistible. Thank you for the quality and commitment. Great Job 👏

Best Cookies 🍪 ever!!!!!

The macarons were excellent. The texture of the cookie had a perfect balance between the light, crumbly crust and the soft, almost chewy center. The filling was delicious and consistently smooth. The half moon cookie was even more soft and moist than the ones I used to eat at the Cookie Nook in Market Place Mall 30 years ago. The staff were very friendly and inviting. All-in-all, I rate Jenn's Cookie Creations an easy 5/5.

Wow! We had a cookie cake and are so thrilled we chose you guys! Absolutely delicious and came out so cute! We had leftovers and we were thrilled we could enjoy it after the party. We have another celebration and ordered another a week later!! We will gladly come back again for more! Do yourself a favor and order with them!

I stopped on a whim a few years ago for octopus cookies, and they were amazing. Every time since they have been amazing. Beautifully decorated, but also delicious. The only picture I have is the cookies we got yesterday, so I will attach that.

Jenn is great to work with but more importantly, the cookies are delicious. The cookies are decorated beautifully and she is willing to accommodate what ever you envision or need.

I ordered cookies for my bridal shower and I was so impressed! They turned out so good and the designs were very well done. The flavor was amazing and we got so many compliments on them. Will definitely order again in the future. Highly recommend!

I can't rave enough about Jenn's Cookie Creations. Not only are these cookies gorgeous, fun, and creative - they are delicious! Jenn's business is organized and thorough. I placed my order online, was prompted to provide specific instructions of what I wanted my cookie vision to be, and they were beautifully packaged and sorted when I arrived for pick-up. Jenn's team was also very accommodating and provided 1 Gluten-Free decorated sugar cookie for a guest. Incredibly impressed with this business, it's products, and customer service. I will be returning!

I live out of state and was planning a baby shower for my niece's in Rochester. I sent a request with the theme (rubber ducky), the colors and amount needed. I received an email the following morning confirming my request could be completed, along with an invoice and link to pay. This was a flawless process. When picking them up, I was amazed at the detail on each cookie! They were adorable, delicious, and just what I had requested (but better than I ever imagined). Guests made many compliments. The cookies added to the overall decorations and were perfect! The price was right as well. I would highly recommend this business, and if I ever have a future need for an event in Rochester, I will definitely be utilizing Jenns Cookie Creations! Thank you so much for making my event so special and memorable.
