Had the worst service I’ve ever had at a Jeremiah’s this evening. Had to remind our server (James) after 5+ minutes that only half our table got drinks. We were never checked on after food arrived. We waved down the server to get another drink that never came. Server spent way more time trying to change the tv channel than checking on what we needed. Table was cleared by a busser and we waited over 15 minutes for our bill. We eventually waved down our server for the bill to come and when it arrived the drink that never cane was on the bill. When we were “tossed” the bill, we noticed that a large party gratuity was already added although we were a party of 5 and that applies to parties over 6. Will not return to this location.

Bee Sting Fried Chicken Sandwhich was really good! I liked that they had Blue Toad hard cider as well. Dropped a star because the side of mac salad was small.

The staff was very friendly. The restaurant was really clean. The tables were clean. Wait time when I first walked in until the time I was seated was approximately five minutes once I was seated the waitress appeared within 3 to 4 minutes to take my order. She was very knowledgeable about the menu. The Reuben sandwich was really well made very flavorful for my side. I chose the macaroni salad which had no flavor whatsoever. It was very bland.

My daughter and i go about 2x a month and we always have awesome service we normally order wings platter the staff is on top of thing i don't even have to ask for a refill on our drinks thank you so much for your service

Very disappointed in Jeremiah’s. Got take out here tonight, got all the way home and opened the food and the sweet potato fries were burned black ($1 up charge ) Also, did not get bbq sauce for the chicken tenders with bbq sauce. Ridiculous when you pay an upcharge for takeout and they can’t get it right and it’s your inconvenience if you want the correct order. Called them up only solution is to drive all the way back for a new order of fries after everyone’s already eaten their meals. No credit offered. We go here 2-3 times per month. The meal was good otherwise.
