Usually it's a great experience there, today was way off everybody was moving really slow. Also cutting subs and wrapping them next to the cash register at a cash counter was not suitable so we walked out ... It's actually very sad when you guys first open it was excellent. Went over during my break to get a sub. The woman with red hair, I believe a manager, was very rude to the people ahead of me. Slammed all sorts of stuff around. I still waited patiently to order only to be treated with absolute disgust and disrespect. I understand like they may be short handed or maybe having a bad day but it happens with everyone. It's a matter of keeping your cool while on the floor. Especially for a manager. Never going back again. Rather not be someone's verbal punching bag

Do not order through the mobile app. I waited for so long and had to ask them about my order. They waited until everyone in line and the people that kept walking in was served before they finally made my order. From the time I placed my order to getting it was about a half hour. I would have got my sub a lot faster if I just went through the line. And the sub itself was drenched in condiments and very sloppy. Can’t say I recommend this location.

Ordered a pickup 7 hours in advance for pickup at 5:45. Arrived and they were making the order completely incorrectly and it was not complete. It took three employees to figure out how to read the ticket and make the order Correctly. Unacceptable service.

Today was my first time visiting the new Jersey Mike’s establishment on Monroe Ave in Rochester NY. At the time we had arrived,there were only three employees behind the counter with a full line and lots of online orders coming in…however, the staff handled every customer with EXCEPTIONAL service as quickly as possible—while working together with such patience! and not to mention…the food was amazingly fresh, and delicious. I’ll definitely bring the family back soon! GREAT JOB!
