Today was different day at Jersey Mike's. Walked in today the young lady making the cold subs glanced at me and continued to make the subs. Stood in the order line for 8 mins before the cook felt compelled to take my order after the young lady answered the phone and took their right in front me blantly ignoring me RIGHT IN FRINT OF HIM. The young man took my order and me to cash out. The young lady proceeding to cash out another customer and as soonas i was approaching she walked away then took over the cook station. The cook ask her why did she do that she shrugs her shoulders and says I dont know. .This lady clearly decided to wasn't going assist me and im thankful she didn't prepare my sub. Good luck with her.

The inconsistencies is what kills me. I go to this location because it’s close to home but every time I go here, I feel much more reluctant to relinquish my money for sub par food. I ordered my #66 steak sub and I literally received mushrooms with a side of steak. I’m not asking for extra anything or for special treatment, I’m asking for what paid for. I was given a veggie sandwich with essence of steak’ums. Each giant sized steak is $20.47 and this particular night it was $20.47 down the drain. Please please please fix these inconsistencies. For reference my purchase was on Friday 5/16/25 around 8pm-8:40pm and it was NOT the guy with the dreds but the young shorter guy that cooked my steak that night. If it was his money, I’m sure he’d be mad, but because it’s someone else’s money it doesn’t matter huh? If that’s the case why work? Go do something else if you feel some sort of way to the point where you don’t care or feel like doing a good job.

10 out of 10 would not recommend it was completely sloppy they didn't bother to clean off their knife before they started cutting other subs so I got all sorts of nasty crap in my turkey sub that was never supposed to be there yay I paid a little over 10 bucks for a sub that I can't even eat The way the subs were prepared were absolutely disgusting

First time ordering from this location and best believe it will be our last. We placed our order online for delivery and once it came we realized that one sub was missing. So we call the restaurant to inform them of the issue. When we told the young lady that the sub was missing she went started hollering telling us that the sub was in the bag and she did the order her self. She then handed the phone to another who was also nasty person who claimed that they put the sub in the bag. This person told us that he would speak to his general manager for regarding a refund. We asked for the general managers phone number and was given a wrong number. We have been to many Jersey Mike's and I must say this is the worst location that I have ever ordered from. To be honest our reasoning for not ordering from this location has nothing to do with the missing food. It has to do with how we were handled as customers by the staff of this location.
