Jersey Mike's Subs

These are by far the best subs in Rochester, definitely worth paying a couple dollars more for! The service staff is always so friendly, you walk out blessed just from short conversations with them. Highly recommend getting your sub Mike’s way, and the spicy relish is incredible! Also, I’m excited to tell my wife they now have gluten-free bread too.

This location is subpar compared to all the others. Drive to gates location if you want your sandwiches done right.
I placed my order in store and it still wasn't done to my liking and I was charged much more than the other location.

So sad to say that this location has missed the mark! The bread is ALWAYS hard as a rock even when they say it’s fresh. When you ask for extra anything its always at minimum despite you paying the extra amount. Such a disappointment smh I’ve waited so long for this location to open up since I live .3 miles away and no longer had to make that drive to gates, but I will have to continue to patron gates location since this one is no good.

Everything was above and beyond from what I expected when I first walked in. I was greeted with a friendly face and every single employee there was equally as kind and friendly. That spoke volumes to me. The subs were absolutely delicious and zero skimping on any of the ingredients. I highly recommend it. Great job by all!!

Great experience at this restaurant tonight. We have a new celiac diagnosis in our house and were craving subs. The crew there was very helpful and the food was out of this world. Worth every penny, everyone should check this place out.

These guys are great, our subs were perfectly made(hot)& tasted awesome. Their service is awesome too. I was watching while they were doing online orders( no other customers at the moment) and they really care, the portions of topings and dressing and how they wrapped it can really tell they care, my first time at this one and im coming back! Ohh and everything is super clean.

A great addition to Chili! Subs were absolutely delicious, and the place was immaculate. The staff were very friendly and even the owner came out to greet us! We will definitely be back!

Big Kahuna was a big disappointment as the steak was not favorable and the American cheese was of the low quality variety and sandwich light on peppers and mushrooms

I have been to this location multiple times since the grand opening - the food is always excellent and the customer service is top notch. Love that we have a location so close!

First time in a Jersey Mikes and won’t be the last! Oh my goodness the service was amazing the employees treated us like we were their own kin! A few workers even started talking to a costumer about their day. The food was quite amazing best sub I’ve ever had! New favorite fast food restaurant! I’d recommend Jersey Mikes to anyone! Loved it loved it LOVED IT!!!!
