Customer service is always important to me. While waiting in line, for about 10 minutes, the guy finally stopped cleaning lettuce to ring up the lady who placed her order online. He had attitude and didn't want to listen as she repeatedly told him to add 2 bags of chips to her order. After going back and forth with her about what he knows, he finally got it glanced at the receipt and said, "oh, that wasn't part of the order".
Finally, we began placing our order. We ask if we can REPLACE the salami with more turkey. His arrogant attitude wouldn't allow him to simply say no. He acted as though he didn't understand what replace meant. He felt it necessary to say that's what extra turkey means and it will cost you $1 and change more. He obviously wasn't listening or comprehending our question either so we said nevermind. Our daughter was still charged for extra turkey.
The wraps were made hugely different, though we all ordered the same thing. I guess it's good our daughter got extra turkey because ours hardly had any. Our daughter had an excessive amount of peppers while mine and my husband's had none. Both, my husband and my wraps tasted like a plain salad while our daughter's wrap was overwhelmingly spicy, to her. She had enough peppers she could've put some on mine and still have enough to share with her Dad too. The food was okay but not worth $10-$12 per wrap.
They need someone else that knows how to communicate and work with customers, they need more staff to assist with food prep while one assists customers and another continually fulfills orders. There were only 4 customers, 2 with their family of 3. No way it should have been a 10+ minute wait before the 1st customer got any attention. Not the worst experience but 1st impressions mean a lot. Based on my 1st experience, I wouldn't go back primarily because of the guy's attitude. He made me want to leave but our daughter found them online and wanted to try their food.

Cashier seemed to be really bothered. 1st i wanted firecracker wrap for my free promo offer he struggled with that for 5 min. Then finally on the 2nd order the cashier was offended because I suggested "firecracker" feast so my dear friend could try more items instead of buying individual single items so the cashier at this point was very concerned confused and frustrated. I was really missing Subway professional treatment.

I love Jimmy John's but today I got the tuna and purposely looked over the ingredients to make sure no onions are in it. I have a bunch of gi issues and restrictions on foods. I took 2 big bites and as I went to chew noticed the onions. I'm suffering terrible indigestion from the onions. I know it doesn't sound like a big deal but they affect gi issues tremendously. I called the store and they said they get complaints about this often and corporate won't list them. This is terrible to purposely not list something that's not always common. Now a days food affects people in many different ways. If you care about the people your feeding you shouldn't hide something that can affect you after you eat it. Very disappointed!

Closest JJs for me now being from the South for a few years. These guys always make a solid sandwich and it's ready on time. No issues anytime I visit and staff are always courteous.

Store is very clean and easy parking. Sub was not worth the money. 3 peices of ham overwhelmed by toppings. Chips and pickle are great. Don't look for feedback or answers to any questions ? Workers very stand off ish. Was like pulling teeth to an answer about size of pickles. So many better options for sandwiches in area. It's a huge SKIP for now on.

Jimmy John's in Henrietta is my go-to! The staff is super friendly and has my sandwich ready in a flash. Love the laid-back vibe – tattoos and awesome music make the whole experience fun. And of course, the subs are always fresh and delicious.

Didn't have an opportunity to order. Young man at register glasses, beard, and long hair was using the POS to look up stats so I patiently waited. He had to have known I was there, I'm 6' 3 and a large man but he proceeded to ignore my existence. He then decided to speak to his coworker behind him, still ignoring me so I left. This is a bad look, I was the only person in there. I'll never return. Considering there are other shops like Desiatos, Dibellas, and even Subway in the area that treat customers with respect I'd rather take my money there.
Every time we say, "this was the best sandwich ever"! I miss the Jimmy John's in Syracuse but so thankful it is still here in Rochester. It just has better ingredients than any of the other chain sandwich shops I've tried. Thanks again for a superb lunch!
Vegetarian options: I was a vegetarian for many years and JJ has many interesting choices.
Dietary restrictions: I noted that my gluten free friends could find plenty to eat.

Recommended dishes: Turkey Sub
Ordered 2 subs from here after hearing great things about the quality and taste. 1 sub was spot on and perfect . The other sub was missing something, and that was the meat on the sub. It had 4 thin slices of meat on a large sub. I don't know if that's the "standard" for large subs, but it felt disappointing. Other than that, the place was great.
