Jimmy John's in Henrietta is my go-to! The staff is super friendly and has my sandwich ready in a flash. Love the laid-back vibe – tattoos and awesome music make the whole experience fun. And of course, the subs are always fresh and delicious.

Didn't have an opportunity to order. Young man at register glasses, beard, and long hair was using the POS to look up stats so I patiently waited. He had to have known I was there, I'm 6' 3 and a large man but he proceeded to ignore my existence. He then decided to speak to his coworker behind him, still ignoring me so I left. This is a bad look, I was the only person in there. I'll never return. Considering there are other shops like Desiatos, Dibellas, and even Subway in the area that treat customers with respect I'd rather take my money there.

Every time we say, "this was the best sandwich ever"! I miss the Jimmy John's in Syracuse but so thankful it is still here in Rochester. It just has better ingredients than any of the other chain sandwich shops I've tried. Ordered 2 subs from here after hearing great things about the quality and taste. 1 sub was spot on and perfect . The other sub was missing something, and that was the meat on the sub. It had 4 thin slices of meat on a large sub. I don't know if that's the "standard" for large subs, but it felt disappointing. Other than that, the place was great.

I cannot believe a business doesn't do it's research on a youtuber who comes into their business. But then again Ken Domik who is that youtuber doesn't do research on his own videos.Well I certainly did my research and found so many things about Ken Domik.1) Went to a Coffee Shop once and proceeded to put flap over lips and say "Hitler Flap".2) Has taken videos and pictures of young kids in their bathing suits and posted it on youtube.3) Been saying many bad things about Asian people4) Said how people should learn how to speak English when confronted by someone who doesn't understand what he is saying.5) Didn't fully follow the rules when the Canadian government asked people to stay home and he went all out everywhere including sleeping in his van then woke up in the morning just to go back to the same place he was in before.6) Decides it's an amazing idea to walk around Canadian and American airports with his camera and film everything possible. Also sleep in his van overnight at an airport parking lot. As well sleep inside an airport and got mad when security asks him to leave.7) Has been seen in the past begging his viewers for money so he can take a shot of Tequila live on YouTube.8) Claims to be a person who is all about health but we all see that is a lie as he continues to overly eat and no one should ever take any health advice from him.9) Many times over he has ditched his PAID Member live stream and never made it up to them.10) When he was getting over having the virus. He was seen inside a restaurant kitchen called Taste of The Grille which is in Canada. You could tell he still had a cold. Who in their right mind lets a sick person inside their kitchen?Sorry but won't be going to any of your locations.

I Love Jimmie Johns I have eaten their Sandwiches for Years starting in Las Vegas while living there and was happy they had one here.My Fiancée loves the Wraps and her new Favorite is the Chicken Crunch Wrap!We live in Farmington and drive to Henrietta to get there sandwiches.That should say it all!!
