Glad this place is closing! Went in to place a to-go order and the cashier girl straight up told me “No, we’re too busy.” Rude!
Server not friendly, didn't seem happy to be working, food was lukewarm and bland, prices high for what we got, and on and on. When we left, cashier asked us "how was everything"? I replied "fair" and she said "well, that's better than bad". WHAT?!?! Who says that to a customer??? I told her we won't be back. Have been going there for years...very disappointed. Too many other places in town with better service and food.

Good food and fast service. I love jims! great restaurant.
Jims on main is my all time favorite diner and when I moved to Greece from rochester I was sad that I couldn't get jims as easily as before, turns out, they opened another location a few months after I moved to this side of town so I get to enjoy it again. Keep up the good work

Standard diner just in the mall. Burger was basic. Prices were alright. I do wish the waiter was more attentive. Barely came by to check in on us so it was more a flag down situation.
