Where to begin? The quality and taste of their coffee is amazing!! Its so flavorfull and savory, it stays with you 30min after you drink it.
Bought some beans for my espresso maker here recently. They made some great espresso!
Joe Bean is the best in Monroe County and I would put their coffee up against anyone in the state. They are obsessed with coffee from farm to cup and it shows. They have won several good food awards and if you are pulling shots at home or pour over, there is simply no other choice. If you are doing drip, or cold brew, I'm not sure it's worth the price, simply because it's hard to separate good from great with those brew methods. But for espresso, no contest.

Exceptional single origin and blends. Shipped immediately after roast. I love the respect shown to the producers.
Best coffee toasters in town. Sadly no longer a coffee bar per se. They have frip and espresso to go and that's about it. But you cannot beat the excellent coffee.

Very nice place on the side of the Artisan’s building. Don’t waste your money at the place across the street. These guys are the real deal. Coffee is smooth and delicious! Highly recommend!
Parking: Lots of room for all the customers they are going to have stop!
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy in at ground level.

Excellent speciality coffee and has become my go-to roaster. I appreciate how they rotate their beans. Many roasters will use out of season beans, resulting in a stale cup. The beans are always roasted evenly and to perfection. I don't mind paying extra for ethically sourced, quality coffee.
Excellent coffee. Wish I lived closer, I'd come here more often
Myriad varieties of outstanding coffee that is roasted in house, and if that wasn’t enough they serve great coffee too. In my opinion, likely the best coffee available in Rochester. Overall, it’s a great local business.

Established roaster with high quality, single origin coffee.
Coffee is sour and watered down, no place to sit, no creamer out, no choice is size, you only get three choices on the menus, no cup holder for very hot coffee and no napkins. They charge 3.50 for a literal Dixie cup filled with coffee when you can pay 3.50 for a large at Starbucks across the street. The guy at the counter was lovely, that was about it.
Outstanding coffee for home brewing and our espresso machine. We get a cappuccino to go every time as well great local business that I preferred over anything else!!
Hands down the best beans I've ever had
