I have now had multiple poor experiences going to Joe's Brooklyn pizza. It has raged from poor service to over priced slices. This experience was no different. I ordered 2 slices of pepperoni pizza and was charged nearly $15.00 for them. When I asked why they were so much the staff person told they were deep dish. I laughed and stated they looked no different than the thin NYC style. I requested a refund which was given and told them I would never return. Went to Perri's pizza and paid $5.25 for a giant slice.

Walked in to grab a slice for a quick dinner and was told by the guy behind the counter that they couldn't serve us because they were slamed with orders. The pizza all laid out and he couldn't be bothered to serve us. Not going back.

First time ever at this particular restaurant; great deal on two slices of pizza ( BOGO); pizza ? was good; however, deep dish did not have that thick of a crust;

Ordered two pizzas and two salads through grubhub. Order arrived missing both salads. Both pizzas were caked with flour on the bottom and one of the pizzas was not fully cooked. Very disappointed. Would never order from here again, definitely not worth the $99 I spent.

Almost $18 for 2 slices and a drink is crazy. That's almost 8 dollars a slice. Not worth it

Response: not just me but 2 of my coworkers I was with both got charged over $17 for 2 slices and a drink. So non of of got that 11$ combo.

I'm sorry to say my family and I went to this place for food we walked in and we wasn't greeted nor Acknowledged that we came to with a greeting . .we asked for a menu the African American guy explained it's on line we understood and left. But upon us leaving, he said in a snarky remark" welcome to technology "we wad going to return but with that comment we left and went elsewhere

At the henrietta store, the employees and management are so unprofessional. I ordered pizza and was given an incorrect order. They refused to replace my order with a correct order and indicated I need to repurchase the food. I would not visit this location again. Webster and Perinton are much better!

I ordered online and was told when I got to the store for pickup that they didn't have my order as none of the online orders were printing. They had to remake the order right then, after already waiting 30 minutes. Then I was told they were out of wings so I couldn't have them even though I already paid for them. I asked about a refund for the wings but the manager just kept telling me to take it up with the online ordering company, he had no way of crediting me without an order. I showed him that the order kept directing me to their phone number for resolution and he kept saying he couldn't do anything about it. The next day I put in an issue with the order through the online portal and was told I would receive a response within two days by email. Well I still haven't heard and it has been over 2 days. Don't waste your time with this place, it used to be good but it has gone downhill fast! Horrible customer service and mediocre food, this place won't be around for much longer at the rate they are going.

Second time I waited for my order and they cancelled it at the time we expected to arrive 45 minutes after order. They are claiming “they can’t fulfill my order”. Why not tell me when I place the order. Horrible customer service . I’m done with this place.
Good pizza but horrible service and expensive. Calling Salvatore’s for dinner tonight and going forward .
