Was good when it first opened but everything has gone down hill. It will take over 20 minutes minimum for your order to be ready; even if you're the only one there. Counter person will play games and They sit your order on their window until you remind them you're still waiting. Food isn't fresh; it's warm but never hot. You can ask them to remake it, but what's the point if you have to do that everytime? They've forgotten $50+ of food in my orders the last few times. They accuse you of being impatient when you've only asked about your order once, and never compensate with anything extra for any mistake they make.

The chicken and sides are great. Please bring back the unsweetened Pure Leaf iced tea. There are no other drink options that don’t contain sugar or artificial ingredients except bottled water.

OMG. I accidentally stumbled on this place because I needed a restroom. I bought a chicken sandwich with the chili lime sweet potato fries. Believe me when I say it was the BEST CHICKEN SANDWICH OF MY LIFE. and the fries were AMAZING.
I brought my mother and grandmother back to try it for themselves and the reaction was the same. More people need to know about this place. It’s not in a visible location and definitely hidden, tucked away in the Goodwill plaza. If this was on Park Ave, or even a weekend food truck in Fairport, there would be a line out the door.

Wow! Wow! WOW! This place is amazing! Our first time here and we aren't disappointed. So happy with the food choices And flavor of things, comfortable seats, tastefully decorated. Portions are amazingly big! I'd never guessed it's a Peruvian Restaurant! You must visit this place! _____________ Since I discovered Just Chikn Ive been a customer. One of the things that kept me from visiting them more often was the wait time. Today I had the fastets service ever. TY For improving that!
Food is always delicious, the yuca fries and the salad are my favorite! I highly recommend it. Ignore the bad reviews and guve it a try, form your own opinion by your personal experience.

If you ever have a lucky day visit them you will never feel lucky again the reason is because I bought a meal of 3 that was included with rice, rotisserie chicken, fries, and lemon sweet potato's. The chicken was leaking water had no taste and the fries were cold they had bad quality also there cookies were like caramel with sugar cubes. The best thing about the meal was the drink that we had to buy separate.

10/18/24 Male taking orders was extremely rude. He was clearly annoyed due to asking questions about menu items. Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches with fries and a pulled chicken salad..Waited 40 minutes total and received ice cold fries and chicken sandwiches..My opinion is he shouldn't b taking orders or dealing with customers. Worst customer service I've ever experienced 😒
