Was returning bottles the plaza next door and walked over for a quick burger. They were just getting everything set up so had to pay cash this time but they gave me a free soda for the inconvenience. The burger was pretty decent for this type of establishment and they do have things like shrimp baskets, steak subs, chicken wings and carved lamb which is all supposed to be Halal.

They have great food. . But ALWAYS out of chicken. Garbage plates are perfectly made. The meat sauce is okay. And the workers are kind. I always thought that they never wore gloves after one time I seen someone operating without them. But that was one time. Other than that they're okay!

I come to this place all the time.. im blasting you guys .. cause you need to step your game up or hire staff that will remember that you have someone on hold. Girl answered phone.. said can you hold..sure.. 10 mins later.. still holding. Im not exaggerating... the girl took like 4 more orders.. told ladies she would be right with them.. thinking she was gonna hop back on the phone and take my order. I get it.. people in front of you. Clearly i have ran multiple places in this city... instead i her converstations with swear words talking to the people in front of her.. laughing.. cook or whoever is telling them thanks for stopping in.. has no clue or she has no clue someone is still waiting on the phone.. so what do i do i hang up..try again.. busy .. try again.. busy.. clearly the phone is sitting on the counter and she has no clue that the phone is off the hook.. so not only did you miss my 60 dollar or but im sure maybe a couple more.. to the owner of this place.. think about the staff when your doing 300 dollar Mondays and say wheres the sales.??. your staff is leaving them on hold.. my order and someone else is order probably could of paid for your labor for a couple hours... good luck to you!! Ill be posting on my social media outlets of the top notch operation your running over there..

i was looking for a 'hots' place to eat, I was nearby so I stopped in. Huge menu selection. Prices on par with other places. But the food - I thought was great. It's weird to rate fries, but it's the best fries I've ever had. The wings were just how I liked them: flavorful, not burnt, not filled will fillers (to make them seem larger in size) Laid back place, lots of sitting space, avaliable parking.

Their plates is to die for. When I get the munchies, there is no place to get a plate than Irondequoit Hots. (been going there since when they 1st open and when I was working at Cumberlands Farms)
