I’ve been eating here as much as I can afford to the jerk chicken Fried dumpling rice and peas & Cabbage is amazing and the service is amazing. If you like that authentic Jamaican cuisine, the only grandma can fix up check out this delicious restaurant.

I purchased the curry chicken dinner & the whole meal was very bland and lacked flavor. The chicken was moist but it had no flavor. The cabbage lacked flavor. The yellow rice was hard and wasn't cooked thoroughly. I was very disappointed for what I paid. Idk what was going on with the flavor but I'll skip this restaurant going forward.

Great place, great food, loved the ackee and mac and cheese especially. Wonderful flavor that you expect in everything. Friendly and patient service, also noticed they were very particular about cleanliness when serving. Have preferred veg patty and coco bread at other places but would try patties again, especially the tofu one as it's less common. Will definitely return for shrimp, rice and peas, and more selection of patties.

Please check out this Jamaican restaurant on Howard Rd. The Curry Chicken is amazing with just the right amount of spiciness without too much. The Brown Stew Chicken is very tasty . The serving size is plentiful and sure to fill you up. I had the Beef and Chicken patties as well. They were a little too spicy for my taste but my niece loved them. For dessert we had the pond cake and the pound cake infused with rum. The rum infused pound cake was a bit strong. Definitely will be going back to sample their other dishes. It is a sit down restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.

A nice clean, welcoming atmosphere. Just had a craving for a beef pattie and got the spicy one. It was a delicious, light lunch. Now I just need a beach to go along with it to remind us of a Caribbean vacation.I'll return to try some of their other food.

It's my first time trying this place since they moved on Howard Place and I am in love I love love love the taste of the shrimp and the vegetables and cabbage with the rice and peas and plantains. It makes you feel like home as soon as you walk in, I will definitely come back again and I did the beef patties are delicious. The place is clean. The tables are nicely spaced out. They have television ,they have dessert. The service is fast and welcoming. You'll love to come here and have lunch. I'll be back again.

I was looking forward to this place ever since I heard themMoving to gates. I finally got to go today, I ordered a small size of oxtails for $15 and small order of stewed chicken and came to $30 all together. The service was nice, she was very polite and helpful on guiding you with your order. The place is clean and definitely vibrant colors in the store just put everything together. Love love the food! I definitely recommend this place, they even have lunch specials from 12-2. I believe it maybe 2 bucks off, It is still a good deal and better than getting some junk food from a burger joint. Can't wait to get back.

Food was authentic and totally amazing. The staff was friendly and explained the different dishes. Dinners are in 2 sizes and even the small was more than I could finish. DEFINITELY coming back soon.
