Keep it Rollin' Sushi Bar

I highly recommend coming here for some quality sushi! Super friendly and helpful staff, and delicious food!! Has a cozy informal kind of vibe, but the sushi is plated beautifully. The eel sashimi is out of this world good, it’s grilled and it melts in your mouth. The escolar was also delicious. We got a California roll which was yummy but basic of course, and a special sunshine roll that blew me away. Fast service on a slower weekday evening, and just generally a comfortable place where you feel like family.

I’ve been getting my sushi exclusively from Keep It Rollin Sushi Bar. They are hands-down the BEST in Rochester! I have known the owners for over 12 years and followed them across the city as they worked at various sushi restaurants—until they finally opened their own establishment.

The sushi is always incredibly fresh, and the variety of rolls they offer is amazing—there’s something for every taste, and they’re always coming up with creative new options.
What truly sets them apart is the trust I have in their quality, integrity, and consistency. I only eat sushi from Keep It Rollin because I know I’m getting premium ingredients and beautifully crafted rolls every single time.

The owners are not only passionate about their food, but also about their customers. Their customer service is top-notch—friendly, personal, and attentive. They go out of their way to make sure every order looks perfect and tastes even better. You can tell they genuinely care about delivering a great experience.

No. Rice is not seasoned. No. Wegmans is better and they're not even the best. I'm not kidding. I should've just walked away when I saw tons of food left at another table.

Best sushi in Rochester, which is a big deal. Maria is such a doll. She worked with my very specific instructions like a pro and didn’t get annoyed. They’re the BEST! 10/10.

I went to get sushi from this establishment on 9/11/25 and they have great customer service I asked a bunch of questions because I never ate there before and I was able to order a bunch of delicious sushi for my parents and I the food was prepared fast as well thank you for your service my family was satisfied

Omggggg when I say run to this place run !!! I make sure I eat from here once a week because the sushi is so fresh you can tell the difference from other places in Rochester ny ! And this is the top one ☝️ out here. And they are under estimated because they are small but when I tell you if you want some good sushi that will have you in a good mood keep it rolling is where it’s at !!!!

One of my favorite restaurants in the whole city and has been for years. I love the variety of vegetarian rolls they have and highly recommend the Trasher Plate!
Staff are incredible. Very courteous and just downright cool people. The vibes are so chill, never had a single bad experience here and I’m here pretty frequently.
Food quality is consistently delicious and fresh and for the portions the prices are indeed fair.
Great place for a lunch date with a friend or your kid.

I've had lunch and dinner plenty of times and the food is always spot on! Excellent vegan selection of bowls and rolls. Everything is made to order. Relaxed atmosphere, with semi table- survice. Food will be brought to you, but please clear your table when finished! Always happy when I eat here.
