This place is a** backwards. Front door is locked. Have to go through drive thru, nobody was in line so cool but was told at the window to wait by the front door! They forgot my drink and asked that I go back around to the window. ? I swear it takes a special kind of person to make a simple transaction so difficult and unnecessary.

I order delivery tonight a 12 piece family meal which meant I should have received 3 breasts 3 wings 3 thighs and 3 drums I received 4 thighs 1 wings and 2 drums i was shorted 5 pieces of chicken also my fries were half empty. I called over 5 times and no answer I'm highly
It’s 10:40 and we pull up and they’re closed. Online says they close at 11 … store says it’s closed at 11. Workers are walking out… nice!

service was good. the food was not good. I threw the food out after one bite. I ordered the spicy famous bowl. when I opens it the food was swimming in spicy grease. like the spice the put in the food wasn't stirred. the bowl was straight oil and watery. never eat their and if so check your food soon as you get it. this isn't the first time I received bad food from this location
