"Potpie" day comes up on my app with 10 dollar order. So I ordered the app that said food was ready. I get there, and they say it'll be 10 min wait because my pie is cooking in the oven! Why does it say it's ready when it's not and why do they never have them made!? Then rude after 18 min and pull up to the window. They just built this location. For what it it's like that. If you own this store and read this. People will not return. It'll be just another ghost building

Ordered off the app, upon pickup none of what i ordered was available so it was substituted with shitty food they had leftover. There was more than an hour until closing time but they shut off fryers. Girl at window is only reason it’s not zero stars

This is a horrible operated business! Every visit I have had some issue with the latest being out of fried chicken……you make fried chicken it’s in your name!!! I’m done going here it’s a waste of time!

I’ve been a GM for KFC so I understand not wasting excessive chicken at the end of the night. Being told 2 hours before closing that bone in chicken is out isn’t ok though. There wasn’t a follow up with it’s ready in 7 min, 3 min nothing just “we’re out”

One car in line is too much for them. The drive thru is closed 50% of the time. Employees are rude and don't care at all. Food is always garbage because they make it all in the morning. Wanted to try the new menu but what's the point with this location.

I ordered through the app, two spicy chicken sandwiches. Got to drive-thru and was told to pull up ahead and wait 7 mins. Horrible experience I have had. I waited for 27 minutes. I finally drove back around to get my food to ask for a refund and was denied to go online and make my complaint. WONT BE BACK!!!

Worse customer service interaction ever manager is a rude pos who refused to give a supervisors email so called corporate instead she charged my card and guess I was short $3 but they ran it had me pull up then never gave me my food when I pulled back up they started cursing at me for being poor and said they were calling the cops I waited for the cops who never showed up while talking to corporate and they were still cursing out the window at me

Go to another restaurant and save your time and money. My family spent about $60 at this KFC location today and had such a bad experience we called corporate and are leaving an additional feedback comment on the website to ensure the extremely rude manager "Daisy" will have her behavior addressed. We were told the wait would be thirty minutes, order placed at 2:56, we didn't end up getting food until 3:56. After getting home, we were missing 2 sides of Mac n cheese. Brought the receipt back to ask for the Mac n cheese we paid for and the young guy at the counter said we had to bring ALL of the food back to prove we didn't get the sides. After bringing all the food back, very frustrated, we asked to speak to the manager, Daisy, who said it was store policy and showed us a sign that didn't say anything about it being store policy. She then said it was "your fault you didn't check, that's your job". She didn't even give us the sides, she just refused to take ownership for the mistake and left us for someone else to deal with. The young guy got us our Mac n cheese and we looked up the corporate number to call. Corporate is still not helpful considering the best they could offer was a $15 merchandise card to go back to the restaurant who messed up in the first place.

Doordashed, didn't eat there. Got sassed in the drive thru by an employee for trying the door at like 7:30, which seems early to lock them ? they were quick at least though. . . But then the next dash there had to be cancelled because they were "OUT OF BONE-IN CHICKEN" HOW?!?!
