This place is a joke. I was only want to drive through dinner time so I can look at the menu board and the lady on the other end said hurry up where are the cops might come bye. I think that I am going to rob the place speakerphone and drive-through. I laughed and said I don’t think so. I asked her my receipt. She said it won’t print asked for a straw no straw she needs to be fired. She is a bad representation of the company.

When you use the mobile app to order ahead and then drive 15 mins and then wait another 20 mins inside the store for them to make it. Unacceptable then not offer a refund. I used the mobile app for a reason I have a kid waiting in the car. 0 stars spend 35 mins and drive to chick-fil-a next time !

None of my sauces were in my chicken tenders got home 40 minutes later discovered that called to complain was told I could come back to get them the person on the phone was very curt and had a nasty undertone once she found out cry this was a complaint If I am paying for food and service I expect good on both my biscuit was broken apart in crumbles

We have ordered through the app from this location and each time they get the order incorrect. Most the time it’s one of the sides as well as the sauces that we order. The sauce that we choose are never included. In order to get a refund we have to go through their app to contact someone for a refund however it’s not helpful that we end up missing items. We also tried the Mikes Hot Honey chicken tenders and the tenders were good however they barely had any sauce and weren’t anything special.

Recommended dishes: 3 Piece Meal Regular Coating on Chicken

"Potpie" day comes up on my app with 10 dollar order. So I ordered the app that said food was ready. I get there, and they say it'll be 10 min wait because my pie is cooking in the oven! Why does it say it's ready when it's not and why do they never have them made!? Then rude after 18 min and pull up to the window. They just built this location. For what it it's like that. If you own this store and read this. People will not return. It'll be just another ghost building

Ordered off the app, upon pickup none of what i ordered was available so it was substituted with shitty food they had leftover. There was more than an hour until closing time but they shut off fryers. Girl at window is only reason it’s not zero stars

I’ve been a GM for KFC so I understand not wasting excessive chicken at the end of the night. Being told 2 hours before closing that bone in chicken is out isn’t ok though. There wasn’t a follow up with it’s ready in 7 min, 3 min nothing just “we’re out”
